The apartment was nice, had everything you needed to cook, and was quite spacious.

The facilities were spotless, the apartment was very well equipped and in general the apartment was very nice and comfortable.

It is a deception, all the photos indicated that the room had a terrace but it does not, only a few have a terrace, but they do not say it or give it as an extra to choose from. You arrive there thinking that you have an apartment with a terrace and you find that you have been deceived. They are aware of the failure, they know that the information is faulty, but they do not change it because that ambiguity generates more visits.
Es un engaño, todas las fotos indicaban que la habitación tenia terraza pero no es así, sólo unas pocas tienen terraza, pero no lo dicen ni lo dan como un extra a elegir. Llegas allí pensando que tienes un apartamento con terraza y te encuentras que te han engañado. Son conocedores del fallo, saben que la informacion es defectuosa, pero no la cambian porque esa ambigüedad les genera más visitas.

Adequate size, well maintained and clean. The perfect kitchenware, more than covered our needs.

Q One room had no window, although the overall size of the apartment was very generous. I did not like that they demanded the same kitchen cleaning that I was at the beginning of the stay. One thing is neat and clean, and another thing is a thorough cleaning as the receptionist at the Austria hotel told me at the beginning of the stay. "Leave the kitchen as it is" I understand that after each stay, there is a professional cleaning team that prepares it for the next client, that same level of cleaning should not be required when leaving the apartment.
Q una habitación no tuviera ventana, aunque el tamaño del apartamento en general era muy generoso. No me ha gustado q me exigieran la misma limpieza de cocina q me encontraba al inicio de la estancia. Una cosa es recogido y limpio, y otra cosa es una limpieza a fondo como me transmitió el recepcionista del hotel Austria al inicio de la estancia. “ dejar la cocina tal y como se la encuentra” entiendo q después de cada estancia, existe un equipo de limpieza profesional q lo prepara para el próximo cliente, no se debe exigir ese mismo nivel de limpieza al abandonar el apartamento.

all very well except the cabinets.
todo muy bien excepto los armarios.
lots of cabinets but no shelves, everything was either hung on hangers or left on the floor, nothing in between in any of the 3 cabinets.
muchos armarios pero sin estantes, o se colgaba todo con perchas o se dejaba en el suelo, nada intermedio en ninguno de los 3 armarios que había.
