Well located for what I was looking for although away from the center, quiet and fairly clean hotel, good value for money and good views from the rooms. Quite comfortable bed, very spacious bathroom. Very complete and careful breakfast, with good service from the restaurant staff.
Bien situado para lo que buscaba aunque alejado del centro, hotel tranquilo y bastante limpio, buena relación calidad - precio y buenas vistas de las habitaciones. La cama bastante cómoda, baño muy amplio. Desayuno muy completo y cuidado, con buen servicio del personal del restaurante.
Upon arrival at the hotel the receptionist was making a negative comment about another colleague or boss (in front of me at check in). Also, probably not being focused at the time and being angry about another situation, she gave me a busy room that had suitcases and other customer items inside. I had to go down with the suitcase back to reception to solve the situation. They gave me another room and apologized. Later I asked for towels and they never came, I had to go down to get them. The reception team is quite weak indeed, the restaurant team much better, although we were soon invited to "leave" the room before finishing dinner, a somewhat ugly detail.
Al llegar al hotel la recepcionista estaba haciendo un comentario negativo de otro compañero o jefe (delante de mi en el check in). Además, probablemente al no estar concentrada en ese momento y mostrarse enfadada por otra situación, me dio una habitación ocupada que tenía maletas y otros elementos de clientes en su interior. Tuve que bajar con la maleta de nuevo a recepción a que solucionasen la situación. Me dieron otra hab y se disculparon. Posteriormente pedí toallas y nunca llegaron, tuve que bajar a buscarlas. Equipo de recepción bastante flojo la verdad, mucho mejor el equipo del restaurante, aunque pronto nos invitaron a "dejar" el salón antes de acabar la cena, un detalle algo feo.
