Located in the centre of Milders, Chalet Claudia offers free WiFi and a garden with terrace overlooking the Stubai Alps. A swimming lake can be found in 150 metres, and the village centre of Neustift in the Stubai Valley is 2 km away.
The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining area, a sofa and cable TV, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A ski storage room is provided.
Guests of the Chalet Claudia can also make use of spa area, offering a sauna, a steam bath, a hot tub, massages and an infrared cabin of the Hotel Almhof, which is 600 metres from the apartment.
On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered every morning, and a supermarket and a restaurant are within a range of 400 metres.
Ski rental shop is a 2-minute walk away. The Elfer Ski Lifts are located 3 km from Chalet Claudia, the Schlick 2000 Ski Area 10 km and the Stubai Glacier Ski Area's cable cars 15 km.
In winter, a free ski bus stops right in front of the house, which provides connection to all ski areas in the Stubai Valley. Cross-country skiing trails and hiking trails start directly on the doorstep. Please inform Chalet Claudia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you with instructions after booking.
