About the accommodation
The Gartenapartment is set in a quiet but central part of Zell am See, only 50 metres from the CityXpress Cable Car and 600 metres from the promenade on Lake Zell. It offers free WiFi and a terrace with garden access.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area, a living room with cable TV and a sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub and an additional toilet. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided, and a garden terrace can be walked to from the living room. A washing machine can be used on request.
A ski storage room with a ski boot dryer is at guests’ disposal. During winter guests have direct access to the slopes from the guest house, and a ski school can be found directly opposite the Gartenapartment.
Tennis courts are located 2 km away. The Tauern Spa in Kaprun can be reached within a 15-minute drive. Please inform Gartenapartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them with 15 euro at the property or bring their own.
