Despite having warned us that we would arrive early in the morning, when we arrived at 2 am there was nothing at reception, we had to make 3 calls to the emergency numbers and it took 15 minutes for them to attend to us. When we arrived they gave us a room that had not been cleaned. There were bags, flip-flops and the sheets and towels were used. I booked the car park for three nights. The first night I couldn't use it because they told me to leave the car outside and that they would park it. The third night I couldn't use it either because I had to take the car out for an emergency and when I gave the keys to reception so they could park it again, they left the car on the street (basically because they had no space in the car park lot) under a 40 cm snowfall. The breakfast had little variety and every time you asked for a coffee it took more than 10 minutes to bring it.

A pesar de haber avisado de que llegaríamos de madrugada, al llegar a las 2 am no había nada en recepción, tuvimos que hacer 3 llamadas a los números de urgencias y tardaron 15 min en atendernos. Al llegar nos dieron una habitación que no había sido limpiada. Había bolsas, chanclas y las sábanas y toallas estaban usadas. Reservé el parking para tres noches. La primera noche no lo pude usar porque me dijeron que dejase el coche fuera y que lo aparcarían ellos. La tercera noche tampoco porque tuve que sacar el coche por una urgencia y al dar las llaves en recepción para que lo volvieran a aparcar, dejaron el coche en la calle (básicamente porque no tenían sitio en el parking) bajo una nevada de 40 cm. El desayuno tenía poca variedad y cada vez que pedías un café tardaban más de 10 min en traerlo
