7 Enrique Travelled with couple Booked on Esquiades.com February 2024 Good Good location. Very close to the slopes and the main streets of the town. Town with a lot of life, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. They offered us to leave the last day a little later and leave the kitchen without picking up as compensation for the state of the apartment upon our arrival.

Buena localización. Muy cerca de las pistas y de las calles principales del pueblo. Pueblo con mucha vida, comercios restaurantes y supermercados. Nos ofrecieron salir el último día algo más tarde y dejar la cocina sin recoger como compensación por el estado del apartamento a nuestra llegada.

The cleaning of the room upon arrival was not as expected and much less in accordance with how they ask you to leave it when you leave. They apologized to us, claiming that during high season they couldn't cope and sent someone to do the cleaning. After that the apartment was acceptable. The ski lockers room had a lot of humidity, it was waterlogged and the lockers accumulated a lot of mold, making it unsuitable for leaving the equipment for several days. Upon arriving in the Grenoble area, the traffic jams meant that it took us almost three hours to travel 80km, so we arrived very close to the deadline for collecting the keys (20:00). During all that time we were calling on the phone several times to let them know without getting anyone to pick up or return the call. What would have happened if we had arrived later? For people who have to travel 1000km to the destination, it is difficult to foresee that a 10-hour holiday will turn into 13 hours and having the possibility of contact is important.

La limpieza de la habitación al llegar no era la esperada y ni mucho menos de acuerdo a cómo piden que lo dejes cuando te marches. Se disculparon con nosotros alegando que en temporada alta no daban a basto y mandaron a alguien para la realizar la limpieza. Después de eso el apartamento quedó aceptable. El guardaeskies tenía muchísima humedad, estaba encharcado y las taquillas acumulaban bastante moho, poco apropiado para dejar el equipo durante varios días. Al llegar a la zona de Grenoble los atascos hicieron que necesitásemos casi tres horas para hacer 80kms, con lo que llegamos muy justos a la hora límite de la recogida de las llaves (20:00). Durante todo ese tiempo estuvimos llamando por teléfono varias veces para avisar sin conseguir que nadie nos cogiese o devolviese la llamada. ¿Qué habría pasado si hubiésemos llegado más tarde? Para la gente que tiene que hacer 1000km hasta el destino es difícil prever que en viaje de 10h se vaya a convertir en 13h y tener la posibilidad de contactar es importante.
