About the accommodation

Just a few minutes from the central station, it is located in the old part of Amsterdam, overlooking one of the most important shopping areas. Overall it is a fairly busy area, but with good transport links to the very doors of the hotel. The bedrooms are medium to large in size, but vary slightly in size due to the age of the building. They have been completely renovated recently, like the entire property, and now offer more luxurious accommodation with warm color combinations and all the amenities you would expect from a top class hotel. The restaurant has benefited from a complete renovation and is now bigger and much more modern. It has even changed the menu to offer more contemporary dishes. The old "Dorrius" old style still can be rented. One of the best features of the hotel is its extensive breakfast buffet. The building is traditional in style from old Dutch houses, in contrast to the modern interior. The lobby area has been completely renovated and now offers a large and spacious, contemporary atmosphere.
