1. Overly complicated lighting system, the lights came on at night, the phone started ringing... a disaster 2. Lack of visible sockets. I called to ask, the phone was dead and I couldn't ask... Later they told me that all the sockets are behind a plate that it is impossible to know if it is not indicated that it is there. 3. The person who receives the customer in the dining room at noon: I went in to ask for a glass of water to take some medicine. Charming until she knew that I was not going to eat, then she lost all interest, made me wait and gave me a glass of dripping tap water. 4. Corporate image: how is it possible that the people who receive us at breakfast are dressed in street clothes? You don't know who they are.

1.Sistema de iluminación excesivamente complicado, las luces se encendieron por la noche, el teléfono empezó a sonar...un desastre 2.Falta de enchufes a la vista. Llamé para preguntar, el teléfono estaba descargado y no pude hacerlo...Después me dijeron q están todos los enchufes detrás de una pletina q es imposible saber si no se indica que está ahí. 3.La persona q recibe al cliente en el.comerdor al mediodia: entré a pedir un vaso de agua para tomar una medicina. Encantadora hasta q supo q no iba a comer, después perdió todo su interés, me hizo esperar y me dio un vaso de agua del grifo escurriendo. 4. Imagen corporativa: cómo es posible que las personas que reciben en el desayuno vayan vestidas de calle? no sabes quién son.
