Good communication, metro stop just a few metres away and in 10' you are in Sol. Very comfortable bed, we slept wonderfully. Cleaning staff and the boy who came to turn off the alarm were very kind and attentive.
Buena comunicación, parada de metro a pocos metros y en 10' estás en Sol. Cama muy cómoda, dormimos de maravilla. Personal de limpieza y el chico que vino a apagar la alarma muy amable y atento.
I was not convinced by the security issue, there is no security staff, but there are cameras. One day we arrived in the evening and the alarm went off for an hour and a half without anyone showing up and because the guests called, otherwise I don't know when it would have been turned off. We stayed downstairs waiting, we didn't know if something was happening or if it was a false alarm. We rang the yellow bell that someone is supposed to answer immediately and nothing. We called a phone and they sent an employee who took half an hour to come (due to distance and traffic). The guy was very attentive and kind, he checked everything and it was because the smoke sensor in a guest's kitchen went off. The good thing is that the alarm works great.
Tema de seguridad no me convenció, no hay personal de vigilancia, sí cámaras. Un día llegamos por la tarde noche y la alarma estuvo sonando hora y media sin que apareciera nadie y porque los huéspedes llamamos, si no, no sé cuándo se hubiera apagado. Nos quedamos abajo esperando, no sabíamos si estaba ocurriendo algo o era falsa alarma.Llamamos al timbre amarillo que se supone te atiende alguien al momento y nada. Llamamos a un tfno y mandaron a un empleado que tardó media hora en venir (por distancia y tráfico). El muchacho muy atento y amable, revisó todo y se debió a que saltó el sensor de humo en la cocina de un huésped. Lo bueno, que la alarma funciona estupendamente.
