Miss Veronica Dominguez and her partner, with whom we spoke on Sunday night, were very kind and decisive. The restaurant staff have also been very friendly.
La señorita Veronica Dominguez y su compañero, con los que hablamos el domingo por la noche fueron muy amables y resolutivos.

The air conditioning in the first room made a very annoying noise that did not let us sleep the first night, and the reception staff on Saturday 5/21 in the morning, the solution they gave us was to turn off the air, which we had to to do it, so they were 2 nights of bad sleep, on Sunday night when we arrived we returned to claim they gave us a very nice suite, but the next morning when we went to take a shower we realized that the shower head was broken. .. when we went downstairs we communicated it, at first they were not very friendly, until we commented on our claim and Verónica's excellent treatment, as well as our dissatisfaction with the quality of the rooms, also commenting that they would have given us a refund of what we paid if we had not paid it through this platform.
El aire acondicionado de la primera habitación hacia un ruido muy molesto que no nos dejo dormir la primera noche, y el personal de la recepcion del sabado 21/5 por la mañana, la solución que nos dio es que apagaramos el aire, que tuvimos que hacerlo, por lo que fueron 2 noches de mal dormir, el domingo al llegar por la noche volvimos a reclamar nos dieron una suite muy bonita, pero a la mañana siguiente al ir a ducharnos nos percatamos de que la alcachofa de la ducha estaba rota ... cuando bajamos lo comunicamos, al principio no fueron muy amables, hasta que comentamos nuestra reclamación y el trato excelente de Verónica, a la vez que nuestro descontento con la calidad de la habitaciones, También comentar que nos habrían hecho una devolución de lo pagado si no lo hubiéramos pagado a través de esta plataforma.
