Good food, good entertainment, the guy at reception was very good. He helped me very well when I asked him to help me with my child who was sick. I appreciate it. The hotel was very good in all aspects, including the pool, cafeteria, restaurant, pool...etc.
Comida buena , animación buena ,chico de recepción muy buena me atendió muy bien cuando le pedí que me ayudara con mi niño que se puso malo .se lo agradezco. El hotel muy bien en todo piscina, cafetería, restaurante, piscina...ect
Uncomfortable mattresses.

The entertainers are good, but they need to encourage people more. The mini-club stated that there were children from 3 to 6 years old and from 7 to 11 years old, but they put them all together and the programme didn't take place. My son left feeling sad that he didn't go to the gymkhana.
Los animadores son buenos, pero tienen que animar más a la gente. El miniclub ponía que había de 3 a 6 años y de 7 a 11 años, pero les juntaban a todos y el programa no se llevaba a cabo. Mi hijo se ha ido con pena de no haber hecho la gynkana.

Very good location. Very good cleaning. Good entertainment, although we would have liked them to have picked up the children at the pool to encourage them to go to the mini club, especially for the more timid ones.

Animación bien aunque nos gustaría que se hubiesen pasado a buscar a los niños por la piscina para animarlos a ir al mini club, sobretodo para los más tímidos.
The rooms are very old, dated, we don't care about the furniture as long as the services are good. The air conditioning in the room is central, you can't regulate it and there is no remote control. It's sooooo hot throughout the hotel. The pool, the only part worth it is the children's part and where the Water Slides fall because the rest is very deep and you can't enjoy the jets, waterfalls or anything because you can't stand. Something very important is that the pool is very slippery on everything that is tiled, my son and I fell, we were quite hurt, but every day a person fell a few minutes. The food and the dining room were very busy. A lot of noise in the dining room, people shouting. The all-inclusive was average. I liked that they included branded alcoholic drinks and bottled water. I missed the mid-morning when there was no fruit to snack on. The issue of the card. You have to go everywhere with it. To order a coffee, to go in to eat, to go out to the beach, which if you forget, you have to go back to your room or bag to get it. There is no bracelet.
Las habitaciones son muy antiguas, viejas, a nosotros el mobiliario nos da igual siempre y cuando los servicios sean buenos. El aire acondicionado de la habitación es central, no puedes regularle y no hay mando a distancia. Hace muuuchooo calor en todo el hotel.
La piscina, solo merece la pena la parte de los niños y donde caen los toboganes porque el resto es muy hondo y no puedes disfrutar ni de los chorros, ni cascadas ni nada porque no haces pie.
Algo muy importante es que la piscina resbala muchísimo todo lo que hay de loseta, mi hijo y yo nos caímos, nos hicimos bastante daño, pero cada día minutos se caía una persona.
La comida y el comedor muy de batalla.
Muchísimo ruido en el comedor, la gente gritando.
El todo incluido normalito. Me gustó que entraban bebidas alcohólicas de marca y agua embotellada. Me faltó la media mañana que no había para picar nada de fruta.
El tema de la tarjeta. Tienes que ir a todos los sitios con ella. Para pedir un café, xa entrar a comer, xa salir a la playa, lo cual si se te olvida, tienes que volver a la habitación o bolso a por ella. No existe la pulserita

Family hotel. The buffet food was great, we were Half Board and drinks were also included (water, soft drinks, beer, wine, cava) which was a surprise for us. The pool was great, the mini club and entertainment were very good.
Hotel familiar. La comida del bufet buenísima, íbamos media pensión y tmb nos incluía la bebida (agua, refrescos, cerveza, vino, cava) fue una sorpresa para nosotros. La piscina estupenda, el mini club y animación muy bien.
They were late making up the room and it was 2pm and it still wasn't there. This was uncomfortable for us as we had a baby with us and he was taking naps, but we notified reception and they sorted it out.
Pasaban tarde en hacer la habitación y eran las 14 y todavía no estaba, esto nos resultaba incómodo íbamos con un bebé y tenía sus siestas, pero avisamos a recepción y lo solucionaron.

I'll tell you about my experience. We checked in on the 5th, when the hotel's air conditioning had been failing for several days. The room was horrible to be in, the dining room was the same, we were running around from one place to another, with many complaints from guests, until 12 at night. I am a person with a mobility disability and we were with 3 children. We lost that day and we told them that it was not fair to lose the first day for reasons beyond our control and that they should compensate us with another day. They made us dizzy the rest of the days, sending in writing, on which it was not possible.
Os cuento mi experiencia,entramos el dia 5 en el cual hacia varios dias q fallaba el aire acondicionado del hotal,en la habitación era horrible estar,el comedor igual estuvimos de un lado para otro habiendo muchas quejas de los huéspedes,hasta las 12 de la noche.Yo soy una persona con discapacidad de movilidad y ibamos con 3 niños.Perdimos ese dia y le dijimos q no era justo perder el primer dia por causas ajenas a nosotros q nos compensara con otro.Nos marearon los demás de los dias mandando escrito,en los cueles no se ha echo posible.
