The hotel's location is truly privileged, nestled between mountains and clouds. The staff's friendliness is palpable, especially when Ms. Mar greets you at reception: a truly beautiful human being! The place is 100% enjoyable, spacious, and comfortable. Spacious rooms with terraces overlooking a pure, natural exterior. The lobby is a large space that makes you feel at home, allowing you to use it as a lounge, watch TV, etc. The exterior features a terrace with picture-postcard views of the sea (view of Marbella), which are usable at all times. It has a heated pool and a spa, the concept and operation of which are a bit difficult to understand. The breakfast buffet is complete and abundant, and you can also upgrade to half-board for dinner that evening, as there's nothing nearby and it's practical to stay because the night routes are complex. I highly recommend the experience. I understand they might still surprise us! But we would definitely return!
La ubicación del Hotel es realmente privilegiada, entre montañas y nubes. La amabilidad del personal se hace sentir, y sobre todo si la Srta. Mar los recibe en la recepción: todo un bello ser humano!
El lugar es 100% disfrutable, amplio, cómodo. Habitaciones espaciosas con terrazas a un exterior puro y natural. El lobby es un gran espacio que te hace sentir como en casa, pudiendo utilizarlo como lugar de estar, mirar tv, etc. El exterior presenta una terraza con vistas de postal hacia el mar (vista a Marbella), utilizables en todo momento. Cuenta con piscina climatizada y un spa que cuesta realmente entender un poquitín el concepto y su funcionamiento. Desayuno buffet completo y abundante, lo mismo que si pueden acceder a una media pensión para obtener la cena de la noche, ya que en los alrededores no hay nada cerca y es funcional quedarse porque las rutas nocturnas son complejas.
Recomiendo la experiencia. Entiendo todavía nos pueden seguir sorprendiendo! pero volveríamos sin dudarlo!
Just for constructive reasons, because the experience was excellent. Three things I experienced: 1) Access is not easy from the road; I think there's a lack of clear logistics when taking the access road up to the hotel. While it's noticeable from a distance, it's not simple. 2) It's hard to understand why the spa service charges extra, when everything inside is connected, and it makes one dizzy. I understand it could be an added value for returning, but charging for it is annoying. 3) The breakfast is excellent due to its wide variety, but please review the issue of the coffee, which is not available for drinking and spoils such a lovely moment. Thank you!
Solo a modo constructivo, porque la experiencia estuvo excelente. 3 situaciones vividas: 1) No es simple el acceso desde la ruta, creo que falta una logística clara al momento de tomar el acceso para subir hacia el Hotel. Si bien se lo puede apreciar desde lejos, no es cosa simple. 2) Cuesta entender porqué se cobra adicional el servicio del Spa, cuando todo internamente está comunicado y uno se "marea" al respecto. Entiendo que puede ser un valor agregado para volver, pero cobrarlo, hace ruido. 3) El desayuno es excelente por su gran variedad, pero revean por favor el tema del café que no se deja tomar, y opaca tan lindo momento. The hotel was cold, but what surprised me the most was that the spa was cold, not only the room but also the water in the pool, jacuzzi and sauna, very disappointing.

The hotel is not equipped to have 4 star guests.the spa was not hot.the whirlpool was very small (for 4) and dirty.the sauna was not hot.it has little lighting.the garden very neglected.the photos of the hotel do not correspond to the actual reality. Attention of the staff (especially the reception) efficient, friendly, helpful, close .... In the dining room the treatment was also very good.
Despite being a facility with evident use and time, it is noticeable that little by little they are trying to improve them.
Atención del personal (a destacar la recepción ) eficientes, simpáticos, serviciales, cercanos... En la sala del comedor el trato también era muy bueno.
Pese a ser unas instalaciones con evidente uso y tiempo, se nota q poco a poco están intentando mejorarlas.
Perhaps the price of drinks could be adjusted a little more.... Since we are in Andalusia where drinks and tapas go hand in hand! And if there is no tapa...
Quizás el precio de las bebidas podría ajustarse un poco más... Ya q estamos en Andalucía donde bebida y tapa van de la mano!! Y si no hay tapa pues...
