Spacious room, pleasant staff, the hotel is nice but it lacks life and animation, a change to attract people would be appropriate

The food, above all, was scarce, tasteless and repetitive. We drew attention to the reception because the buffet closed at 9:30 p.m. and before 9 p.m. they were already beginning to remove food and say that there was none, on top of how little and repetitive it was. If I neglected you you would go without eating, the cleaning in the room was average, the sheets were not changed and in the shower there were traces of uncleaned sand, even on the first day they left the door open for us when they finished cleaning it, you can't imagine the shock at Go up to the room and see the door jammed with the work computer and the money we had in cash, nothing was missing but because the door was not in the way, it was at the end of the hallway and no one passed by there, like the couple of cockroaches that I found one next to the curtain that I put down and another in the bathtub. I think that the hotel is very nice, it is not in a transit area, it is far from civilization but I think that above all for this it should have more life, animation for people who cannot rent a car (which was not our case) and do not have There is no choice but to stay in the hotel. I personally would change the quality of the food and put another person in charge in the kitchen to give life to the buffet, animation for the hotel and its customers and a little more attention to cleanliness, a hotel so beautiful and 4 stars it doesn't deserve less
La comida sobre todo , era escasa sin sabor y repetitiva,llamamos la atención en recepción porque el buffet cerraba a las 21:30h y antes de las 21h ya empezaban a retirar comida y decir que no había , encima de escasa y repetitiva lo poco q ponían si te descuidaba te quedabas sin comer , la limpieza en la habitación regular , las sábanas no la cambiaban y en la ducha restos de arena sin limpiar , incluso el primer día nos dejaron la puerta abierta cuando terminaron de limpiarla ni se imagináis el susto al subir a la habitación y ver la puerta encajada con el ordenador del trabajo y dinero q teníamos en efectivo, no faltó nada pero porque no estaba en paso la puerta , estaba al final del pasillo y nadie pasaba por allí , como el par de cucaracha q me encontré una al lado de la cortina q puse matar y otra en la bañera .
Pienso q el hotel es muy bonito no está en zona de paso , está alejado de la civilización pero creo q sobre todo por esto debería tener más vida , animación para las personas q no puedan alquilar coche( q no fue nuestro caso) y no tienen más remedio q quedarse en el hotel
Yo personalmente cambiaría la calidad de la comida y poner al frente otra persona en la cocina q le de vida al buffet, animación para el hotel y sus clientes y un poco más de atención en la limpieza , un hotel tan bonito y de 4 estrellas no merece menos

The food is the worst, a sparse and repetitive buffet, little variety and worse quality, I do not recommend going with YOU, dinners are the worst, it shows that they disguise the remains of midday with sauces or mixing leftovers to offer "salad of... "In the grill area, show cooking is limited to dry chicken breasts or some pork, frozen tilapia fish and the like, but there are worse nights that only put pizza (bad industrial dough type) and frozen French fries with frankfurter, from the desserts only except the fruit because there is no yogurt that is not in bulk and it is always exposed to the fingers of children who touch everything, the cakes seem to be from a supermarket, ideal if you are on a diet because you do not feel like trying anything, the drinks although you have IT are limited brand notefijes and bottled water is paid, snacks between hours I better not comment, ... Room cleaning is not daily and there are no bathroom amenities, only the 1st day they put a ridiculous little bar of soap per person and some shower gel in a dispenser in the bathtub, just enough towels and 1 roll of toilet paper to spend 2 days.... Anyway, I could go on listing defects but it must also be recognized that we paid a very cheap price for 6 nights so being very demanding would not be honest, I would not return to this hotel either because of the atmosphere, the clientele is mostly English with disastrous manners who spend their time day eating and drinking without leaving the hotel at all, the night entertainment is a shame and to go to the "gym" (1 simple multipower machine, some dumbbells and a small cardio space) you have to book 1 hour the day before and only 2 can go people, let's say that you are conditioned by the schedule, when you are on vacation you prefer to go as you go and not plan
La comida es lo peor, buffet escaso y repetitivo, poca variedad y peor calidad, no aconsejo ir con TI, las cenas son lo peor, se nota que disfrazan los restos del mediodia con salsas o mezclando sobras para ofrecer "ensalada de...", en la zona de plancha el showcooking se limita a pechugas d pollo secas o algo de cerdo, el pescado congelado tilapia y similares, pero hay noches peores q solo ponen pizza (tipo masa industrial malisima) y patatas fritas congeladas con frankfurt, de los postres solo salvo la fruta pues no hay yogur q no sea a granel y siempre está expuesto a los dedos de niños q lo tocan todo, los pasteles parecen de supermercado, ideal si estás a dieta porque no te apetece probar nada, las bebidas aunque tengas TI son limitadas de marca notefijes y el agua embotellada es de pago, de los snacks entre horas mejor no comento, ... La limpieza habitación no es diaria y tampoco hay amenities de baño, solo el 1r dia ponen una ridicula pastillita de jabon por persona y algo de gel de ducha en un dispensador de la bañera, las toallas justas y 1 rollo de papel wc para pasar 2 dias.... Enfin, podria continuar enumerando defectos pero también hay que reconocer que pagamos un precio muy barato para 6noches así que ponerse muy exigente no sería honesto, no volvería a este hotel tampoco por el ambiente, la clientela es mayormente ingleses de nefasta educación que se pasan el dia comiendo y bebiendo sin salir del hotel para nada, la animación nocturna es de pena y para ir al "gimnasio" ( 1 simple maquina multipower, algunas mancuernas y pequeño espacio de cardio) hay que reservar 1h el dia anterior y solo pueden ir 2 personas, digamos que te condiciona por el horario, cuando estas de vacaciones prefieres ir sobre la marcha y no planificar

It was one of the best trips we have made to date, it was like going to an island paradise and the hotel was a luxury, in fact we did not need to go out at night because there you have a show every night.
