Located in the center of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, close to Montenvers - Mer de Glace Train Station, Résidence Batiment E offers free WiFi and a washing machine. The apartment is in an ideal area for hiking, skiing and tennis. The apartment features a balcony and mountain views, 1 bedroom, a living room, a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and dishwasher, and a bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided. Skyway Monte Bianco is 19 km from the apartment, while Aiguille du Midi is 8.9 km away. The nearest airport is Geneva International Airport, 87 km from Résidence Batiment E. Stag or bachelorette parties or similar parties cannot be held at this accommodation. A damage deposit of EUR 600 is required. The host will charge this 7 days before arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you 14 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card once the accommodation has been reviewed. Please note that linen and end of stay cleaning are included (except cleaning of the kitchen). Guests will have to throw away their garbage. Fees for pet: €50 per week. A security deposit of €1,500.00 (not charged) will be required by credit card within 7 days prior to arrival. It will be refunded within 10 days after departure.
