About the accommodation
Talya is 300 meters from the Savoy/Brevent ski lift and 100 meters from Chamonix's pedestrian zone. Campanela offers views of the mountains. The accommodation has a kitchen. There is a flat screen TV. The Passage to the Void and the Aiguille du Midi are 800 meters away. Various activities can be practiced in the area, including skiing, cycling and hiking. Bed linen and towels are not included in the room price. Guests can rent them at the accommodation for an additional fee of EUR 25 per person or bring their own. Stag or bachelorette parties or similar parties cannot be held at this accommodation. Please inform Campanela in advance of your expected arrival time. To do this, you can use the special requests box when making your booking or contact the accommodation directly. Contact details appear on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required. The host will charge this 7 days before arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you 14 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card once the accommodation has been reviewed. Please note that linen and end of stay cleaning are included (except cleaning of the kitchen). Guests will have to throw away their garbage. A security deposit of €800.00 (not charged) will be required by credit card within 7 days prior to arrival. It will be refunded within 10 days after departure
