The staff is wonderful and very attentive.

The establishment is outdated. It needs a lot of repairs. The Water Slides are not available and they had not been warned. The food is repetitive and not of very good quality. The entertainment for children was in English. Old and frayed towels....
El establecimiento esta anticuado. Necesita muchas reparaciones. Los toboganes no están disponibles yno habian avisado. La Comida repetitiva y no de muy buena calidad. La animación para niños era en ingles. Toallas viejas y deshilachadas....

The deal very good staff. And the pizza chef is excellent.
El trato del personal muy bueno. Y el Pizzero excelente.
Very dirty room. There was work going on in the upstairs room. Hammocks in the water park broken and dirty. The water park Water Slides closed. Animation and activities practically non-existent.

Too many people, very dirty main areas and pool, the hammocks, despite not being able to reserve them at 7 in the morning, there were none.
Demasiada gente , zonas comunes y piscina muy sucias , las hamacas a pesar de no poder reservarlas a las 7 de la mañana ya no habia ninguna .

Spacious room and good pool area. Food was acceptable and taxi service to the door was fast and very cheap.

La comida aceptable y el servicio de taxi a la puerta rapido y muy económico.
The water park's opening hours are ridiculous (they literally ask you to leave at 5:45pm). The pools also close at that time but they let you stay in them without a lifeguard (not that we saw one much when they were open). I think they should extend the opening hours until at least 8pm. Almost all the entertainment is for foreigners (it's true that 90% of the people were foreigners, but they should at least translate for the Spanish people, since we're in Spain).
El horario del parque acuatico es de risa (a las 17,45 literalmente te invitan a irte).las piscinas tambien cierran a esa hora pero te dejan seguir en ellas sin socorrista (tampoco es que lo vieramos mucho cuando estan abiertas)creo que deberian ampliarlo hasta las 20 por lo menos.
Casi toda la animacion esta para los extranjeros (cierto es ,que el 90 %de la gente eran guiris,pero que minimo que traduzcan tambien para los españoles,ya que estamos en España).
