We have been going to this hotel for 5 years but always in August, this year we went in September and the quality and the small quantity of food has amazed us, we would not have minded if they had maintained the quality and the exquisiteness that they had, in September there is only Half Board and even then we did not like it, the attention at the reception was perfect as always however the attention of the chambermaid was to be desired, we also found blood stains on the pillow and they gave us less towels... they had removed the entire display of gels, shampoo, razor, hand soap, shoe polish, comb... there was only one gel display on the tile that had one hand to squeeze the bottle under pressure while the other hand had to pick it up, unfortunately I cannot extend my right hand or use force, I have immobility in my arm, the same in the bathtub, for the shampoo and the gel, apart from that the gel smelled like fish, it's a joke... we bought one, well it was a change for us a bit of everything when we were in this hotel we have always gone alone On our anniversary, everything was perfect... I don't know if I'll repeat it next year.
Llevamos iendo a este hotel desde hace 5 años pero siempre en agosto, este año hemos ido en septiembre y la calidad y la poca cantidad de comida nos ha asombrado no nos hubiera importado si hubieran mantenido la calidad y la exquisitez que tenían, en septiembre ya sólo hay media pensión y ni aún así nos gustó, la atencio?n en la recepción era perfecta como siempre sin embargo la atención de la camarera de piso era de desear, también encontramos manchas de sangre en la almohada y nos ponían menos toallas... habían quitado todo el expositor de geles, champú, maquinilla de afeitar, jabón de manos, limpiador de zapatos peine.... solo había un gel expositor en el azulejo que había con una mano apretar el bote a presión mientras la otra mano había q recogerla , yo por desgracia no puedo alargar la mano derecha ni hacer fuerza, tengo inmovilidad en el brazo, lo mismo en la bañera, para el champú y el gel, aparte el gel olía a pescado fuera de coña... compramos uno, bueno fue todo un cambio para nosotros de todo un poco cuando esté hotel hemos ido solos siempre en nuestro aniversario era perfecto en todo... ya no se si repetiré el año que viene

Spectacular hotel no matter where you look at it.
Hotel espectacular se mire por donde se mire.
There is only one elevator per building, which means you have to wait a long time to go up or down the floor.
Solo hay un ascensor por edificio, lo cual obliga a esperar mucho tiempo para poder subir o bajar de planta.

To say something and put some "downside" a very young cleaner was a little unpleasant to us...otherwise everything was great.

I have allergies. There is no one to check that people do not contaminate the food, the serving utensils are sometimes mixed up, the place or plate is changed... they told me that I could eat the pasta sauces and the next day they told me no because they contained what I am allergic to (thank goodness I did not get sick). There is a lot of smoke in the dining room, the hoods do not work properly and make it uncomfortable to be there. Children picking up food with their hands, putting it in their mouths and putting it back on the trays and no one checking. The dining room staff was notified because they were not paying attention.
Tengo alergias. No hay nadie que controle que la gente no contamine las comidas, los utensilios para servir en ocasiones se mezclan, se cambian de lugar o plato... me dijeron que las salsas de la pasta las podía tomar y al día siguiente me dijeron que no ya que llevaban aquello a lo que sou alérgica (menos mal que no me puse mala). Muchísimo humo en el comedor, las campanas no funcionan adecuadamente y hacen incómodo estar ahí. Niños cogiendo la comida con las manos, metiéndosela en la boca y volviéndola a poner en las bandejas y nadie controlando. Se avisó al personal del comedor ya que ellos no estaban atentos.

Hotel with good value for money, on the beachfront in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing. If you rent a car, there is good connection to the motorway next door.
Hotel relación calidad precio, en primera línea de playa zona tranquila ideal para desconectar, si alquilas un coche buena conexión con autovía al lado.
The hotel is made up of several buildings, where meals are taken in the main one. It is a bit cumbersome to take several elevators, a bit of a labyrinth, and the meals are a bit repetitive, although if you are not very demanding they are fine.
El hotel son varios edificios, donde las comidas se hacen en el principal, se hace un poco engorroso coger varios ascensores, un poco laberinto, las comidas un poco repetitivas aunque si no eres muy exigente están bien.

All the staff have been 10. And the buffet is very varied and rich.
Todo el personal ha estado de 10. Y el buffet muy variado y rico.
The animation. Although I know that there were activities practically throughout the day, it was very scarce (especially for children) and repetitive. Some animator was missing a handful of salt. The entertainer Oiana was charming, she even did activities with the children in the pool that were not scheduled.
La animación. A pesar se que había actividades prácticamente durante todo el día, era muy escaso (sobretodo para niñ@s) y repetitivo. A algún animador le faltaba un puñadito de sal. La animadora Oiana un encanto, incluso hizo actividades con los niñ@s en la piscina que no estaban programadas.
