Furthermore, I was with Full Board and I had to pay even for the water I drank in the dining room, and quite a lot, a half-litre bottle, €2.80, there are no litre bottles, since the water points that are available at breakfast are removed for meals, and at most, and whenever you ask for it, you only have the option of the waiter bringing you a glass of tap water, natural, so you have to ask for it bottled fresh.It's funny because they even charge you €1 for changing pool towels, arguing that it's for environmental reasons. Now, however, they don't apply that policy to the toilets, as I haven't seen any in the entire hotel that have half-filling systems to save water. Nor do they provide tap water for meals so that a combustion vehicle doesn't have to deliver bottles, with all the polluting gases that they emit. In short, these types of things represent savings for the hotel or a benefit, even if the guest is the one who has to suffer the harm. Perhaps another issue is the one-euro policy for reusable plastic cups, but I'll leave that for the next person who visits the hotel to explain, although it's clear that I agree with reducing plastics. By the way, car park is €14.50 per day.
Mi experiencia no ha sido buena. El hotel se encuentra masificado, colas para todos, en realizar el check-in tardamos más de hora y media, luego el comedor, abarrotado de gente, cuesta trabajo coger mesa, y tardan a veces en reponer bandejas. Las habitaciones son anticuadas, con gotelé, la mía para tres era muy pequeña y solo tenía 2 enchufes, uno en la habitación y otro en el baño. Si quieres coger hamaca en la piscina, es misión imposible, salvo que te levantes a las 7 de la mañana y te pongas a hacer cola para que cuando abran, puedas pillarlas. Además, yo iba en pensión completa y he tenido que pagar hasta por el agua que bebía en el comedor, y no poco, la botella de medio litro, 2'80 €, de litro no las hay, ya que los puntos de agua que hay en el desayuno, los quitan para las comidas, y como mucho, y siempre que la pidas, solo tienes la posibilidad de que el camarero te traiga un vaso de agua del grifo, natural, para que la tengas que pedir embotellada fresquita. Es gracioso porque hasta por cambiar las toallas de la piscina, te cobran 1 euro, argumentando que es por conciencia medioambiental, ahora en cambio, esa política no la aplican a las cisternas, ya que no he visto ninguna en todo el hotel que tenga sistemas de media carga para ahorrar agua, ni te facilitan agua del grifo en las comidas para que, un vehículo de combustión no tenga que venir cargado de botellas repartiendo, con la de gases contaminantes que emite. En definitiva, que este tipo de cosas suponen un ahorro para el hotel o un beneficio, aunque el cliente sea el que tenga que sufrir el perjuicio. Otra cosa igual es la política del euro por el vaso de plástico reutilizable, pero eso lo dejo que lo cuente el próximo que visite el hotel, aunque conste que estoy de acuerdo con reducir los plásticos. Por cierto, el parking 14'50 € el día.

Vuelve a haber colas incluso para guardar tu maleta en la consigna.
- Un solo comedor: Al haber un solo comedor, hace que en las horas puntas haya muchísima gente dentro para comer, lo que ocasiona que al final también tengas que volver a hacer colas para la tostadora, cafetera,…
- Guerra por las tumbonas: A las 10:00h se da el pistoletazo de salida a las tumbonas, y en menos de 3 minutos ya están todas las tumbonas pilladas con toallas. Si bien el personal de la piscina deja una nota donde se dice que no se pueden reservar las tumbonas, solo es una advertencia, donde se dice que la toalla “puede” ser retirada (pero nunca se retira).
