Unbeatable situation. Comfortable room for 5 guests. Easy contact with the host for key collection. Enough water heater for 5 showers without problems and the heating works very well
Situación inmejorable. Habitación cómoda para 5 huéspedes. Fácil contacto con el anfitrión para la recogida de llaves. Termo de agua suficiente para 5 duchas sin problemas y la calefacción funciona muy bien
The wifi arrives but since it is the top floor there is little signal and it doesn't go very far. Not very comfortable pillows.
El wifi llega pero al ser la última planta llega poca señal y no va muy allá. Almohadas poco cómodas.

Cozy accommodation, with very friendly staff and a very comfortable room for 5 on two levels. There has been heating and hot water at all times and there is everything necessary for cooking and cleaning. We liked a lot!! The only problem we have seen is that if you pay the deposit in cash you have to wait for them to check the room (totally understandable) but it would be better not to wait, although they were quite fast. And another thing to note is that the elevators have no memory and being on the 9th floor we had to wait a long time until one was free.
Alojamiento acogedor, con personal muy amable y habitación para 5 en dos alturas muy cómoda. En todo momento ha habido calefacción y agua caliente y hay lo imprescindible para cocinar y limpiar. Nos ha gustado mucho!!
Lo único que hemos visto problema es que si pagas la fianza en efectivo hay que esperar a que revisen la habitación (totalmente comprensible) pero sería mejor no esperar, aunque fueron bastante rápidos.
Y otra cosa a destacar es que los ascensores no tienen memoria y al estar en el piso 9 teníamos que esperar mucho tiempo hasta que alguno quedaba libre.

A shame, they charged me €40 for leaving after ten o'clock, when it was his fault because he didn't go up to check the room to see if it was okay, he told me that he was going to go up and no he didn't go up and he arrived at 10 :40 to tell me that everything was fine, it's not my fault, it's the fault of the reception workers who are also not known for their kindness at any time, they stand out for being rude and not doing their work on time... a shame I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE
Una vergüenza, me han cobrado 40€ por salir mas tarde de las diez, cuando fue su culpa porque no subía a revisar la habitación a ver si estaba bien, me decía que si que iba a subir y no no subía y llego a las 10:40 para decirme que si que estaba todo bien, no es mi culpa, es culpa de los trabajadores de la recepción que además no les caracteriza su amabilidad en ningún momento, destacan por ser bordes y no realizar su trabajo a tiempo... una vergüenza

The beds and pillows are a disaster but good for spending a few days skiing and if you are not a delicate sleeper it will do the trick. We are missing a place to leave our boards and skis.
Las camas y almohadas son una ruina pero bueno para echar unos días esquiando y si no eres delicado para dormir te hace el papel. Se echa en falta un sitio para dejar las tablas y esquís

Wifi llega bien.
There was no hot water left when we showered. Apparently it is the same heater for the block. Fair heating, to sleep well covered and somewhat cool.
No quedaba agua caliente cuando nos duchábamos. Por lo visto es el mismo calentador para el bloque.
Calefacción justa, para dormir bien tapados y algo de fresquillo.

In general good, as planned, nothing is missing, ideal for skiing, less than 100 meters from the ski lifts. The Wifi, great, without any problems it has worked perfectly.
En general bien, según lo previsto, no falto de nada, ideal para la practica del ski., aa menos de 100 metros de los remontes. El Wifi, genial, sin ningún problema ha funcionado perfecto.
Maybe a place to leave the skis when finished, and there was some noise at night. Just for general information, street car park is difficult and expensive, everything is a blue zone. You can only pay with coins.
Quizás un lugar para dejar los skis, al acabar, y se escuchaba algo de ruido por las noches. Solo para información general, el aparcamiento en la calle , es algo difícil y caro, todo es zona azul. solo se puede pagar con monedas.

The location is very close to the slopes.
La ubicación muy cerca de las pistas.
The room is old, dirty and run down. The bed was a sofa bed that we had to open and make ourselves. The toilet chain was broken. It came with the minimum for two: a sheet and two small towels. The reception has very inconvenient opening hours. There is no ski lockers . The car park is very narrow and very far from the accommodation, and it is not included, you have to pay for it separately (in Pas de la Casa all the car park on the street is paid for).
La habitación es vieja, sucia y deteriorada. La cama era un sofá-cama que tuvimos que abrir y hacer nosotros. La cadena del váter estaba rota. Venía con lo mínimo para dos: una sabana y dos toallas pequeñas.
La recepción tiene unos horarios muy inconvenientes.
No hay guardaesquís.
El parking es estrechísimo y está muy lejos del alojamiento, y no está incluido, se paga aparte (en Pas de la Casa todo el parking en la calle es de pago).
