Get a car because that town is not even good for going to a bar. The closest place worth visiting is half an hour away. The roads in the area are a mess and every now and then you come across broken crash barriers or with flowers... I'll leave it at that. The apartment itself is a dump. There is NOTHING. Upon entering you find the bathroom, they don't even offer gel or shampoo, the towels are not changed in 7 days and there is no option for a washing machine or laundry. Welcome to the party of mushrooms and filth. Every time we flushed the toilet, the water from the tank would overflow (because it didn't even have a lid) and it looked like a shipwreck. The kitchen has the bare minimum: a fridge from when my grandmother got married and a stove with 4 burners full of grease, with its extractor hood that absorbs all the steam to then throw it in your face. There is no dish soap, no cloths, no scrubbing pad, no microwave, no oven, no washing machine... the table is an outdoor plastic one with two chairs from my grandmother's era as well. However, they demand that you leave everything clean when you leave... on the first day we had to do a big grocery shop just to survive. It's a disgrace. I have been to thousands of apartments but this one is more bare than Tarzan's closet. Pay attention to this, just where you sit down to eat, you can jump straight into bed to lie down on a sofa bed that squeaks more than a toothless person's teeth next to a cushion sponsored by Cold Field (very thin, like sweet ham). The wardrobe has 8 hangers and a great armpit smell. The air you breathe is thick, there is no air conditioning, once again they have taken my grandmother's furniture from when she got married: a super rusty fan so you can remember the heat of the beach. You step outside to the balcony, it's spacious. Everyone had dinner outside. It disgusted me because the table was a mess and next to it there was a clothesline full of brown stains. Want to take a dip in the pool? Don't worry, if you don't step on the loose tiles on the floor, you can collect them and play checkers. Lastly, the wifi only reaches certain parts of the apartment. I complained that it wasn't working well and they told me to check my phone settings. I almost forgot the most surprising thing of all. They demand recycling but there is only one trash can, so... you have to set up a camp of bags throughout the apartment to separate all the trash you generate. By the way, you also have to buy the trash bags because there aren't any. The dishes are scarce, as there are two of us we manage but if you go with family you will have to juggle like the clowns on TV. How nice to remember the good old days... In short. I hope it didn't seem like Don Quixote but there is enough to s*** your trousers.

Empecemos por el principio, la ubicación: en medio de la nada. Pillad un coche porque ese pueblo no sirve ni para ir a tomar algo al bar. Lo más cercano que valga la pena está a media hora. Las carreteras de la zona están hechas mierda y cada dos por tres te encuentras los quitamiedos reventados o con flores… ahí lo dejo.
El apartamento en si es una m*****. No hay NADA. Al entrar encuentras el lavabo, no te ofrecen ni gel ni champú, las toallas no las cambian en 7 días y no hay opción ni de lavadora, ni lavandería. Bienvenidos a la fiesta de los hongos y la guarrería. Cada vez que tiramos la cadena del lavabo saltaba el agua de la cisterna (porque esta ni siquiera tenía tapa) y eso parecía un naufragio.
La cocina tiene lo mínimo: una nevera de cuando se caso mi abuela y una cocina con 4 fogones llenos de grasa, con su campana extractora que absorbe todo el vapor para luego tirarlo en la cara. No hay ni jabón lavaplatos, ni trapos, ni estropajo para lavar, ni microondas, ni orno, ni lavadora… la mesa es una de exterior de plástico con dos sillas de la edad de mi abuela también. Eso sí, te exigen que lo dejes todo limpio al salir… el primer día tuvimos que hacer la gran compra para poder subsistir. Es una vergüenza. He ido a miles de apartamentos pero es que este está más pelado que el armario de Tarzan.
Atento al dato, que justo donde te pones a comer, puedes saltar directo a la cama para tumbarte en un sofá cama que chirría más que las muelas de un desdentado junto un cojín patrocinado por campo frío (finísimo, como el jamón dulce). El armario tiene 8 perchas y un olor a sobaco de mono buenísimo. El aire que se respira es denso, no tienes aire acondicionado, otra vez han vuelto a pillarle a mi abuela el mobiliario de cuando se casó: un súper ventilador oxidado para que recuerdes el calor de la playa.
Sales fuera el balcón, es amplio. Todo el mundo cenó fuera. A mi me dio asco porque la mesa estaba echa una porquería y al lado había un tendedero lleno de manchas marrones.
Que quieres hacerte un chapuzón en la piscina? Tu tranquilo/a, que si no te clavas las baldosas sueltas que hay por el suelo, las puedes coleccionar y hacer una partida de damas.
Por último, el wifi solo llega a ciertas partes del apartamento. Reclame que no funcionaba bien y me dijeron que revisara mis ajustes del móvil.
Me descuidaba lo más sorprendente de todo. Te exigen reciclar pero solo hay una basura, entonces… debes desplegar un campamento de bolsas por todo el apartamento pa separar toda la basura que generas. Por cierto, las bolsas de basura también las debes comprar porque no hay.
La vajilla es escasa, al ser dos nos apañamos pero si vais en familia deberéis hacer malabares como los payasos de la tele. Que bonito recordar los viejos tiempos…
En fin. Espero que no haya parecido eso el Quijote pero es que hay para c****se encima.

Résidence Le Onde is a decent accommodation with a couple of significant flaws. The first one is that despite being given a Wi-Fi password, it doesn't work and there is not much coverage in the area. Not being able to search for information on the Internet has caused us quite a few problems. The second issue is that the staff only speaks Italian and doesn't understand English. That makes communication very difficult. Finally, in my opinion, there is a lack of a microwave and toaster in the kitchen.
