9 Eva Bética Travelled with family Booked on Amimir.com August 2023 Excellent Well, my children, my husband and I were there just a month ago on an all-inclusive basis and the truth is that we loved it; It is a family hotel, excellent location as it is very very close to the town of Nerja and is on the beach, the rooms are very spacious, very complete in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and with a large terrace which you can see the whole beach, the main areas are very clean too, the hotel car park is free and is quite large so many cars fit, the dining room is quite good and there is also the option of eating on the dining room terrace which is really cool and the food is very good and varied, the pool area is very good where every morning they did activities and games for children and adults like Aquagym, the beach bar which is in the same area is also 10, we really liked the snack area since it is on the same beach, there were also shows every day, the hotel shop is very well priced and although it is small there was a lot of variety of things, I would not finish saying all the good things about this hotel ... although I am going to make a big point about the staff who are great professionals always attentive to customers and they were very attentive to make sure we were comfortable and the best thing was that they were all very friendly and that made our stay very very pleasant and we look forward to coming back next year and seeing them all again... I would like to mention and thank on behalf of my family and myself the 2 girls Monicas in charge of the dining room together with the lads who organised the entrance to the dining room, Rocio the girl from the shop (curly-haired blonde), the maintenance people who had a small problem with the air and it took them 2 minutes to go up to the room and solve the problem, also mention the cleaners, the lads from the beach bar, and above all those from the pool bar, dining room, living room..., and of course MANUEL ZORRILLA a great person with a big heart... And I apologize for those I have not mentioned but I do not know for sure the names of many of them but they are not less important for that... Anyway, thank you to all of you who form/work at the Hotel Ona Marina in Nerja because you are all like a big family and you made us part of it...We hope to see you soon Angel, Eva, Paola and Angelillo...Bética family

Pues nosotros mis hijos, mi marido y yo estuvimos justo hace un mes en regimen de todo incluido y la verdad que nos encantó; es un hotel familiar, excelente ubicación ya que está muy muy cerquita del pueblo Nerja y está a pie de playa, las habitaciones muy espaciosas, muy completa tanto en cocina, cuarto de baño y dormitorio y con una gran terraza la cual se ve toda la playa, las zonas comunes muy limpias tambien, el aparcamiento del hotel es gratuito y es bastante grande por lo que caben muchos coches, el comedor bastante bueno y tambien hay la opcion de comer en la terraza del comedor que es una chulada y la comida muy buena y variada, la zona de piscina muy bien en las que todas las mañanas hacían actividades y juegos para niños y para adultos como Aquagym, el chiringuito que esta en la misma zona también de 10, nos gusto mucho la zona del snack puesto que esta en la misma playa, habia espectáculos tambien todos los días, la tienda del hotel muy bien de precio y aunque es pequeñita habia mucha variedad de cositas, es que no terminaría de decir todo lo bueno que tiene este hotel ...aunque si voy hacer un gran inciso en el personal los cuales son unos grandes profesionales siempre atentos a los clientes y muy pendiente que estuviéramos agusto y lo más que eran todos muy cercanos y eso nos hizo la estancia muy muy agradable y con ganas de volver el año que viene y verlos a todos de nuevo...me gustaría hacer mención y dar las gracias de parte de mi familia y mio a las 2 chicas Mónicas encargadas de comedor junto a los chavales que organizaban la entrada en el comedor ,Rocio la chica de la tienda(rubita pelo rizado), los de mantenimiento que tuvimos un pequeño problema con el aire y tardo 2 minutos en subir a la habitación y resolver el problema, tb mencionar a las limpiadoras, a los chavales del bar de la playa, y sobre todos los del bar chiringuito de la piscina, comedor, sala de estar..., y por supuesto a MANUEL ZORRILLA una gran persona con un gran corazon...Y perdonar por los que no he mencionado pero es que no se con seguridad los nombres de muchos de ellos pero no por ello son menos importantes...En fin dar las gracias a todos los que formais/trabajáis en Hotel Ona Marina de Nerja porque sois todos como una gran familia y nos hicisteis participe de ello.... The issue with the umbrellas was that you had to go very early to get one and there were people who put their towel on the hammock and then they didn't show up for the whole day. More variety in the snacks and more time in the small gym. For the rest, everything was great.

El tema sombrilla que habia que ir muy temprano para poder coger alguna y hay quien les ponia la toalla a la hamaca y después no aparecían en todo el dia. Más variedad en los snack y más tiempo Gimnasio pequeñito. Por lo demás todo todo genial
