          The Balneario de Ledesma has its origins in ancient times ... the Baths of Ledesma have been famous for their thermal waters , which flow from a distant and mysterious underground canalization through which they flow for years through channels and rocks, being loaded by natural filtrates of Extraordinary minerals for health.

          The magic and virtues of these waters are a treasure protected by the Kingdom of Spain, which in 1886 classified them as Mining-Medicinal Interest Waters , for their proven virtues in the treatment and prevention of diseases of the respiratory, musculoskeletal and diseases neurological and dermatological , such as psoriasis.
