Everything, terrible rooms because they did not have a sea view and they looked out onto a narrow street that touched the neighbour's window, with a tremendous noise that did not let us sleep all night, narrow and with no possibility of change by the hotel manager who we spoke to to complain. The food was terrible, tasteless, repetitive, scarce. Gluten-free breakfasts only bread, nothing else. Terrible desserts, tasteless, scarce fruit without kiwis for example. The restaurant was tiny with tables stuck to other diners and waiting to eat in line because of the small size of the place. Only two lifts for all the rooms there are. The Full Board did not include drinks and this was not reported on the website, nor did the website say that there was no room with a sea view and we had to settle for a standard one without a view, if they had informed me of this I would not have booked that hotel for sure. I did not like either your website or the hotel.
Todo, habitaciones malísimas porque no era con vistas al mar y daba a una calle estrecha que se tocaba la ventana del vecino, con un ruido tremendo que no dejaba dormir en toda la noche, estrechas y sin posibilidad de cambio por parte del director del hotel con quien hablamos para quejarnos. La comida malísima, sin sabor, repetitivo, escaso. Desayunos sin gluten solo pan, nada más. Postres malísimos, sin sabor, fruta escaso sin kiwis por ejemplo. El restaurante enano con mesas pegadas a otros comensales y esperando para comer haciendo cola por lo pequeño del sitio. Solo dos ascensores para todas las habitaciones que hay. La pensión completa no tenía bebida y no se informó de ello en la web, tampoco decía la web que no había habitación con vistas al mar y nos tuvimos que conformar con una estándar sin vistas, si me llegan a informar de ello no contrato ese hotel desde luego.
No me ha gustado ni vuestra web ni el hotel.

No recomiendo este hotel para estancias largas o gente que necesite descansar,en dos dias que estuvimos alli fue imposible dormir la insonorizacion brilla por su ausencia,tanto ruidos de la calle como del propio hotel,era como si la gente de habitaciones vecinas estuviese dentro de la nuestra,desde muy temprano ruidos de duchas,voces eran perceptibles hasta mensajes de moviles de habitaciones contiguas. Timbres y coches de la calle.
