This apartment complex has an excellent location only 60 meters from the Poniente Beach, the longest and quiet of the city. It is separated from it by 60 m through the Paseo de Poniente. The area is quiet and is just 5 minutes walk from the lively city center and the Old Town (500 m). Its modern construction allows that all rooms have views of the Poniente Beach and the Bay of Benidorm through a glass facade on the south terrace.
