The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. We felt like family. They helped us with everything, answered our questions, gave us advice, and treated us wonderfully. The breakfast was excellent. The mattress was firm, so we slept very well. The heating was strong, but we had to turn it down. Free ski lockers were provided. The shower water was hot as soon as we turned on the tap and at a perfect temperature. The slopes were just 50 metres away, so it didn't take us five minutes. Everything was fantastic.
El trato del personal del hotel es esquisito. Hemos estado como en familia. Te ayudan con todo, resuelven dudas, te aconsejan y te tratan genial. Muy buen desayuno. El colchon durito, descansas genial. Calefacción fuerte. Tuvimos que bajarla. Taquillas gratuitas para los esquis. El agua caliente de la ducha en cuanto abres el grifo y con muy buena temperatura. The reception and the manager were very friendly and made it easy for us to leave our things while we skied and during our stay. The restaurant and the full breakfast were very nice. The welcome cocktail was a plus. The beds were very comfortable. The location was very good, close to the ski lift. They even let you use the lock for the ski lockers.

Each room has a locker attached to store the skis for free. Good WiFi in room and common areas (we had the router at the door of the room). Buffet breakfast as expected.
