Excellent location in centre of town. No swimming pool however the jacuzzi bath and spacious well proportioned modern room more than compensate.
Stayed for 4 night and unfortunately had zero full nights sleep - room climate control was not operating properly therefore room was always far too hot. Reported many times to reception staff but were afforded no resolution. Inconsistent excuses blaming hotel centralised climate failure and one staff blaming window being open affecting climate control operation (this was true however was not the problem).
If you want to sleep on the surface of the sun then stay in this hotel

The wardrobe door rubbed at the bottom, making it awkward to open and close. It made noise every time it moved. But it wasn't a big deal, as it could still be opened and closed without much trouble. They should fix it, though.
La puerta del armario vestidor, rozaba en la parte de abajo, y se hacía incómodo su apertura y cierre. Generando ruido cada vez que se movía. Pero nada importante, pues se podía abrir y cerrar, sin mucha molestia. Pero deberían arreglarlo.

They are currently carrying out construction work just in front of it, two metres from the façade. They start working at eight in the morning and you can hear the noise of the excavating machines in the rooms, despite them being soundproofed.

Large and well appointed room, with a king size bed and very comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious and nice.

It would be necessary to renew the carpets because, in addition to having their time, they generate a strange smell in the corridors as well as in the room itself (I guess it is also due to the cleaning products used). On the other hand, the hydromassage and the shower are a bit complicated to use.....
As for the staff, very tight given that I had to go down to reception (despite having room service) due to lack of staff at that time. Still, very nice guy, apologies accepted.
Tocaría renovar las moquetas porque, además de tener ya su tiempecito, generan un olor raro por los pasillos así como en la propia habitación (supongo que también se debe a los productos de limpieza que emplean). Por otro lado, el hidromasaje y la ducha algo complicados de utilizar....
En cuanto al personal, muy ajustado dado que tuve que bajar a recepción (a pesar de tener servicio de habitaciones) por falta de personal en ese momento. Aun así, muy amable el chico, se aceptan las disculpas.

As they are doing works next to the hotel the entrance is a bit awkward and it is a shame because the views leave much to be desired, and another thing very uncomfortable pillows otherwise everything phenomenal.

The breakfast was a bit tight for the amount of people that were staying and only one waiter to serve all customers so you had to wait a long time until they returned to fill the dishes or fix the coffee maker.
