If the hotel was advertised as a 2 star hotel I would not have been so critical on the room we got.
Do not be fooled by the 4 star rating! The room was definitely not what you expect. Air Conditioning was set on one temperature which was way too hot and the only option was to keep it off and open the window. There was a hole in the wall, dirty coffee cups where left in the room for days, beds are really not comfortable. After being told that we could park in the parking below the hotel we were then charged 10 euros a day for parking when checking out. Not a great experience unfortunately.

The hotel is well located if you're planning to visit Granada. The tram is right next door, so you don't have to take the car. To get to the ski resort, it's right next to the highway exit.
