10 Tania Travelled with couple Booked on Esquiades.com August 2025 Excellent From the moment you arrive until you leave, the service at this hotel is simply magnificent. The hotel opened in February 2025, and it really shows: everything is new, modern, and carefully curated down to the smallest detail. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and extremely clean. The decor, lighting, and cleanliness are all carefully thought out. The staff is also exceptional: always attentive, making sure you don't lack anything and that you're enjoying your stay. One detail we loved was that, when we went out for a walk on a rainy day, the staff warned us it was going to rain and offered us umbrellas without us having to ask. Another day, we needed to have dinner later than usual, and they accommodated us without a problem so we could do so! The restaurant is also wonderful: comfortable, quiet, and with several breakfast options (buffet or à la carte, all freshly prepared). You can even request to have it delivered to your room every morning. The food, both at breakfast and at other meals, pleasantly surprised us: delicious, well presented and with impeccable table service.. A 20 out of 10! Without a doubt, if we return to Andorra, we won't consider staying anywhere else but this hotel. Highly recommended!

Desde el momento en que llegas hasta que te marchas, el trato en este hotel es simplemente magnífico. El hotel abrió sus puertas en febrero de 2025, y realmente se nota: todo es nuevo, moderno y cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. Las habitaciones son amplias, muy cómodas y extremadamente limpias. La decoración, la iluminación y la limpieza están pensadas con mucho mimo. Además, el personal es excepcional: siempre atentos, pendientes de que no te falte nada y de que estés disfrutando tu estancia. Un detalle que nos encantó fue que, al salir a pasear un día lluvioso, el personal nos advirtió de que iba a llover y nos ofrecieron paraguas sin que tuviéramos que pedirlos. Otro día, necesitábamos cenar más tarde de lo habitual, ¡y se adaptaron sin problema para que pudiéramos hacerlo! El restaurante también es una maravilla: cómodo, tranquilo y con varias opciones para el desayuno (bufet o a la carta, todo recién hecho). Incluso puedes pedir que te lo suban a la habitación cada mañana. La comida, tanto en el desayuno como en las demás comidas, nos sorprendió muy gratamente: deliciosa, bien presentada y con un servicio de mesa impecable. ¡Un 20 sobre 10! Sin duda, si volvemos a Andorra, no contemplamos alojarnos en otro sitio que no sea este hotel. ¡Totalmente recomendable!
