Quiet and very pleasant hotel, the breakfasts are top and close to the ski resort.
Hotel tranquilo y muy agradable, los desayunos son top y cercano a la estación de esquí.
Toilet paper, hot water in the shower was not constant and hot water jets came out when the toilet was flushed at the same time and when other guests had to wash in their rooms. In the included breakfast we were not informed of the possibility of ordering omelette or other hot dishes. They should assign one car park space per booking.
El papel higiénico, el agua caliente de la ducha no era constante y llegaban chorros de agua ardiendo al tirar de la cisterna a la vez y cuando otros huésped debía de hacer uao en sus habitaciones. En el desayuno incluido no nos informaron de la posibilidad de pedir tortilla francesa u otros platos calientes. Deberían de asginar una plaza de parquing por reserva.

Three star hotel but so modern that it overshadows many other four or five star hotels in the area. Exceptional breakfast and perfect staff attention. The location a 10.
Hotel de tres estrellas pero tan actual que hace sombra a otros muchos de la zona de cuatro o cinco. El desayuno excepcional y la atención del personal perfecta. La ubicación un 10.
The toilet paper is quite bad, there is no shelf in the shower to put the products in and the temperature is too high.
El papel higiénico bastante malo, falta un balda en la ducha para poder poner los productos y la temperatura demasiado alta.

The rooms have a very nice and relaxing wooden interior. The breakfast food is delicious, who needs a buffet when you have such an exquisite a la carte service. The glass of champagne, a nice touch.
Las habitaciones tienen todo el interior de madera muy lindo y relajador. La comida en el desayuno es deliciosa, quien necesita un buffet cuando tienes un servicio a la carta tan exquisito. La copa de champagne, un detallazo.
The service during breakfast could be a little more organized. The most attentive waiter of all (Luis) was the only one who couldn't take orders. It would work better if they distributed the tables in sections for each waiter.
El servicio durante el desayuno podria ser un poco mas organizado. El mozo mas atento de todos (Luis) era el unico que no podia tomar ordenes. Funcionaria mejor si distribuyeran las mesas en sectores para cada mozo.
