8 Roser Travelled with family Booked on Esquiades.com January 2025 Very good The best thing about Pic de l'Ours is its location opposite the cable car with access to les Airelles. It is a very convenient accommodation for families with small children or for those who want to avoid having to take the car. The apartments have everything you need for a short stay, they are not luxurious, but they are not bad at all. There is free covered car park and a ski locker. Our apartment had a very nice balcony with beautiful views of the Cerdanya mountains. Beautiful views of the sunrise to start the day.

Lo mejor de Pic de l'Ours es su ubicación enfrente del telecabina con acceso a les Airelles. Es un alojamiento muy cómodo para familias con niños pequeños o para los que quieren evitar tener que coger el vehículo. Los apartamentos cuentan con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta, no son lujosos, pero no están nada mal. Cuenta con parking cubierto gratuito y taquilla guardaesquís. Nuestro apartamento contaba con un balcón muy agradable con unas bonitas vistas a las montañas de la Cerdanya. Preciosas vistas del amanecer para comenzar el día.

The unkindness of the reception assistant. Despite the large number of Spanish guests, we were unable to communicate in Spanish and the information she gave us was, in some cases, scarce and unclear. Using the only lift available in the residence is an almost impossible mission, especially in the mornings. The WIFI signal did not reach our apartment.

La poca amabilidad de la asistente de la recepción. Pese al gran número de huéspedes españoles, no podíamos comunicarnos en español y la información que nos trasladó era, en algunos casos, escasa y poco clara. Utilizar el único ascensor que dispone la residencia es una misión casi imposible, especialmente por las mañanas. La señal WIFI no llegaba a nuestro apartamento.
