The room was comfortable and quiet. Nice bathroom. Simple and clean.
The attitude of the staff at breakfast. They were really unfriendly to hotel guests and very slow to replenish the breakfast buffet. Their priority seems to be cafe customers.

Very comfortable beds, and a spacious bathroom. The comfort of being in the center, without noise.
Llits molt còmodes, i bany ampli. La comoditat d'estar al centre, sense sorolls.
Some appliances were not working (hairdryer, a/c, micro shower...) we reported it, I hope they fix it soon for the next guests.
Alguns aparells no funcionaven, (secador, a/c, micro dutxa...) vam avisar, espero ho arreglin aviat per proper hostes.

From time to time it is nice to come to Andorra and always like to stay overnight, where we go to the Hotel Tudel. Sens dubte, relation qualitat preu molt correct. Everything is impeccable and the location is incredible if you are walking and shopping, because you are close to the commercial area. The staff was very correct and managed the booking, check-in, check-out, super fast. Hi tornarem sens dubte!
De tant en tant ens agrada anar a Andorra i sempre que ens hem hagut de quedar a dormir, ho hem fet a l'hotel Tudel. Sens dubte, relació qualitat preu molt correcta. Tot impecable i la ubicació immillorable si el que vols és passejar i anar de compres, perquè estàs al mig de l'eix comercial. El personal molt correcte i la gestió de la reserva, check-in, check-out, súper àgil. Hi tornarem sens dubte!
If I have to mention any drawback, the only thing would be that since one season they do not have car park, since it is certain that at the end there are public and car park (check rates at reception) areas. Tot i així, it was a service that abans offered i ara ja no. It would be great to have some type of breakdown for car park in the area for being a hotel customer.
Si he de posar alguna pega, l'únic seria que des de fa un temps ja no disposen d'aparcament, encara que és cert que al darrera mateix hi ha zones d'aparcament públic i de pagament. Tot i així, era un servei que abans oferien i ara ja no. Estaría genial tenir algun tipus de descompte als pàrquings de la zona per ser client de l'hotel.

La ubicación perfecta,en pleno centro, donde están todas las tiendas, habitación muy bien,todo muy limpio y ahora han puesto una jarra con calentador y café,te y leche por si te apetece tomar,personal muy amable,sobre todo Inés q es muy amable y te explica todo muy bien,y también la cafetería está muy bien para desayunar.Repetiremos seguro.

El personal no es agradable. El trato a los clientes no me gustó. Tampoco nos gusto el horario de la cafetería, ya que cierra muy pronto y el huésped no tiene opción ni de pedir una botella de agua.
