I loved both the animation team and the kitchen team with its chef. With my son, with gluten problems, they made us gluten free food and my son fell in love with those meals. I recommend it 100%.
Me ha encantado tanto el equipo de animación, como el equipo de cocina con su jefe de cocina. Con mi hijo, con problemas del gluten, nos hicieron comida sin gluten y mi hijo se enamoró de esas comidas. Lo recomiendo 100%.
There was a large group in the hotel, which caused a series of inconveniences, and affected my all-inclusive, but after talking it over with reception, they helped me to solve it. As I always say, people understand each other by talking.

For a four star hotel it needs a refurbishment. I was given a room with a shared terrace and they didn't change me. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, you sat at the bar and the tables were surrounded by other glasses. In the common areas at the exit of the elevator, there were papers on the floor that were not removed in a couple of days. And finally, the tables in the dining room, once the dirty service was removed, they were wiped with a cloth that was not disinfected at any time.
Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas necesita una reforma. Me dieron una habitación con terraza compartida y no me cambiaron. La limpieza deja mucho de desear, te sentabas en el bar y las mesas tenían el cerco de otros vasos. En las zonas comunes a la salida del ascensor, habían papeles en el suelo que no se retiraron en un par de días. Y, por último, las mesas del comedor, una vez retirado el servicio sucio, les pasaban una bayeta que no desinfectaban en ningún momento.

The hotel is very nice, clean, the pools, the food.
We have been very comfortable and quiet. The food service was very varied. The rooms were large and the cleanliness was great.
El hotel muy bonito, limpio, las piscinas, la comida.
Hemos estado muy agusto y tranquilos. El servicio de comidas muy variado. Las habitaciones grandes y la limpieza estupenda.
It is a bit far from the beach. As we went in the second half of September they had closed the pool bar and one of the big pools. There are no stores around, only hotels.
Está un poco lejos de la playa. Como hemos ido la segunda quincena de septiembre habian cerrado el chiringuito de la piscina y una de las piscinas grandes. No hay tiendas alrededor,solo hoteles.

The best thing without a doubt is the animation staff, they are hilarious and you can tell they like their job, including berry. Everything else was fine. The cleanliness is good and the food too. The quality can be improved, but the value for money is quite good and the variety is not bad at all. There is always a variety to make salads, pasta, rice, some spoon, meat and fish both in sauce and grilled that are made at the time ... for what it cost us I understand that you can not ask for more.
Lo mejor sin duda el personal de animación, son divertidísimos y se nota que les gusta su trabajo, incluido berry. Todo lo demás correcto. La limpieza está bien y la comida también. La calidad es mejorable, pero relación calidad precio está bastante bien y no está nada mal de variedad. Siempre hay variedad para hacer ensaladas, pasta, arroz, algo de cuchara, carne y pescado tanto en salsa como a la plancha que lo hacen al momento… para lo que nos costó entiendo que no se puede pedir más.
One night a friend got sick with a fever and they wouldn't let us bring his dinner up to his room. I think it is good that there are rules and that they should be respected, but exceptions should always be made when they are justified. That person was all-inclusive, so if they can't go down for dinner, common sense dictates that they should be allowed to bring their dinner up.
Una noche se puso malo un amigo con fiebre y no nos dejaron subirle la cena a la habitación. Me parece bien que haya normas y que haya que respetarlas, pero siempre deben hacerse excepciones cuando están justificadas. Esa persona tenía todo incluido, por lo que si no puede bajar a cenar, lo que dicta el sentido común es que se permita subirle la cena.

Without a doubt, the entertainment is the best part of the hotel, they are wonderful and the children have a great time.
Sin dudarlo la animación es lo mejor del hotel son maravillosos y a los niños les hacen pasar unos días muy divertidos
The food is lousy, I don't understand why there is nothing for children to eat at lunch, a stew, lentils, nothing but pasta and french fries, all very repetitive.
La comida es pésima, no entiendo qué en un almuerzo no haya nada de cuchara para niños un puchero unas lentejas..nada solo pasta y patatas fritas todo muy repetido
