Our room was tiny; my little one's bed blocked the mini-terrace. The bathroom was also very bad, with a bathtub (I have an ankle injury and it was very difficult for me to get in and out, and I was also afraid of slipping), stains on the ceiling, the edges of the bathtub were dirty, the bathroom lighting was insufficient, as was the bedroom lighting (we even entered the rooms in the dark!). Our room was on the 5th floor and was much, much worse than our other children's room, which was on the 4th. Another negative point was the evening entertainment: children's time was very early (impossible to get out of the pool, shower, have dinner, or attend the children's performances), and the subsequent performances were clearly not suitable for children (except for the singer and the magician), especially the one between guests and staff. It was horrible! An embarrassing act more appropriate for a cabaret than a family hotel.
Nuestra habitación era diminuta, la cama de mi peque bloqueaba la miniterraza. Además el baño estaba muy mal, con bañera (yo tengo una lesión de tobillo y me costó mucho entrar y salir, ademas me asustaba escurrirme), manchas en el techo, los filos de la bañera estaban sucios, la luz del baño era insuficiente y la del dormitorio también (entrábamos a oscuras hasta las camas!!!). Nuestra habitación estaba en la 5ªplanta y era muy muy inferior a la de nuestros otros hijos que estaba en la 4ª.
Otro punto negativo fue la animación nocturna: la hora de los niños era muy temprano(imposible salir de la piscina, ducharse, cenar e ir a las actuaciones de niños) y las actuaciones posteriores claramente no eran para niños(excepto la cantante y el mago), especialmente la de clientes vs trabajadores,¡fue horrible! Un numerito vergonzoso más propio de un cabaret que de un hotel familiar.

The entertainment is a 10 for everyone, from the mini-club to the teens. They have their own activities and they do it phenomenally. CONGRATULATIONS. Overall, the hotel is clean, with attentive staff, from the waiters to the lifeguard. It has a very well-equipped gym. The pools are great, including the indoor one, and the hotel's location is right across from the beach, with a promenade for strolling. I would recommend it to families without hesitation. Free car park outside is easy, and supermarkets are nearby.

En general el hotel limpio, personal atento desde los camareros hasta el.socorrista.
Tiene un gimnasio muy completo.
