The staff were very polite and attentive.The lady at the food reception Rosa was very friendly and humble.The hotel had a good atmosphere.
The hotel dint had parking,we had to daily search for parking which was very hectic and at last had to pay and park which was costly 27 euro for 24 hours.

The tourists were rude, they were poking us in the room as a joke and we had to tell the receptionist and she sent us to security so they wouldn't do it again (we have a small daughter). The smell of the toilet is horrible, it smells like sewage. The pool is a bit small for so many tourists. At the buffet you have to pay for drinks separately, the water is km0 and they charge you €3. I recommend that you take your drink, many of us did. The pillows are very thin. A door was missing from the closet and there was a light anchored to the wall hanging off. The car park costs €20 per day and looking for a place there is crazy. I spent 1.5 hours to be able to park for free. The screen does nothing, the water comes out in a brutal way, we had to put a towel because otherwise the water comes out to the room. The safe on top that you have to pay for was not anchored to the closet, you can take it with you perfectly.
Los turistas unos maleducados, estuvieron picándonos en la habitación a modo de broma y tuvimos que avisar a la recepcionista y nos mandó a seguridad para que no lo volvieran a hacer ( tenemos una niña pequeña).
El olor del wc horroroso, huele a cloaca.
La piscina algo pequeña para tanto turista.
En el buffet hay que pagar la bebida a parte, el agua es de km0 y te cobran 3€. Recomiendo que os llevéis vuestra bebida, muchos lo hacíamos.
Las almohadas muy finas.
Faltaba una puerta del armario y había una luz anclada a la pared descolgada.
El parking vale 20€ por día y buscar sitio allí es una locura. Estuve 1,5h para poder aparcar gratuitamente.
La mampara no hace nada, sale el agua de una manera brutal, tuvimos que poner una toalla porque si no el agua sale hasta la habitación.
La caja fuerte encima que hay que pagarla no estaba anclada en el armario, te la puedes llevar perfectamente.

Another example is that at the bar there is a TV where they say that you can order 2 drinks per person; In front of me, 2 people asked for 5 each and no one says no. There are more examples, but these are the most striking for me, and it also happens that English people always break the rules, and if you tell them to comply, they will confront you. The rules are there to be followed.
En el hotel hay unas normas, que se encuentran reflejadas en varios carteles. Las normas son para cumplirlas, no para que se las pasen por el forro y nadie diga nada.
Ejemplo: hay un cartel de que las hamacas no pueden reservarse y cada media hora, se retirarían las toallas de las hamacas que no se utilizan, pues bien, no sólo hay gente que pone las toallas por la mañana a las 8 y las tiene todo el día aunque se vayan a la habitación si no que encima lo hacen en las 2 piscinas sin que nadie les diga nada. Otro ejemplo es que en la barra hay una tele donde dicen que se pueden pedir 2 bebidas por persona; delante mía se pidieron 2 personas 5 cada uno y nadie les dice que no.
Hay más ejemplos, pero estos son los más llamativos para mí, además de que coincide que siempre incumplen las normas gente inglesa, que si tú les dices que las cumplan encima se te encaran.
Las normas están para cumplirse.
