The room is spacious, the pool area and cafeteria are very nice, the buffet is good and varied, the staff is generally friendly, close to the beach, ample car park, and good entertainment.
La habitación es amplia, zona de piscina y cafetería muy bien, el buffet es bueno y variado, el personal en general es amable, cerca de la playa, plazas del parking amplias y buenos espectáculos.
Poor air conditioning in the lobby and cafeteria, and very hot in the hallways and elevator areas. There's no air conditioning, and during peak hours, you have to wait a long time for the elevator. I think the wait would be shorter with good air conditioning. I also didn't like the fact that the tables were so close together in the dining room; they give a feeling of lack of privacy. Room service was average; our room wasn't serviced until 4:00 PM on two days.
Mala climatización en el hall y cafetería, mucha calor en los pasillos de las habitaciones y en la zona del ascensor, no tienen aire acondicionado y en horas puntas hay que esperar bastante para coger el ascensor. Creo que con buena climatización la espera se haría más corta. Tampoco me ha gustado que estén las mesas tan juntas en el comedor, dan sensación de poca intimidad. El servicio de las habitaciones regular, dos días no nos hicieron la habitación hasta las 16:00.

It has a gym and a spa, but you have to pay for it. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, especially the buffet and kitchen workers. Thanks to them we felt at home, on such special dates. I would like to highlight NAIDU who, despite her youth, is an excellent worker, affectionate, attentive and will go as far as she sets out to go. CAITLIN who speaks 5 languages, is super responsible, polite and a very good person, I hope that the hotel management values her work and training and takes the position she really deserves. The friendliness and kindness of LISBEY, INGRID, NATHALIE, KIM, VIRGINIA ... who treated us like royalty and had a great detail on my husband's 50th birthday, bringing him a cake with a greeting and candles and singing happy birthday to him. I loved it, because I know they did it from the heart. The professionalism, poise and friendliness of CHELO and FILIPA, always smiling and in a good mood. The exquisite treatment we received from HAMBERTH and the gift he has for connecting with people, the result of his culture, academic training, professional experience and his enormous education. I hope that the hotel management offers him the position he truly deserves. The friendliness of Mohamed who always welcomed us with his best smile. The head chef who always looked after every detail and made sure everything was perfect, a great professional. I hope that the hotel management values the professionalism and work carried out by the buffet and kitchen staff. Workers like CAITLIN and HAMBERTH should be promoted in 2025 and occupy positions in line with their training and professionalism.
Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa. Se puede aparcar gratis delante del hotel. Lo están reformando y tuvimos la suerte de alojarnos en una habitación nueva. Dispone de gimnasio y de spa, pero es de pago.
Lo mejor del hotel es el personal, especialmente los trabajadores del buffet y la cocina. Gracias a ellos nos sentimos como en casa, en unas fechas tan señaladas. Quiero destacar a NAIDU que a pesar de su juventud, es una trabajadora excelente, cariñosa, atenta y que llegará tan lejos como se proponga. CAITLIN que habla 5 idiomas, es súper responsable, educada y muy buena persona, espero que la dirección del hotel valore su trabajo y formación y ocupe el puesto que realmente se merece. La simpatía y amabilidad de LISBEY, INGRID, NATHALIE, KIM, VIRGINIA ... que nos trataron de lujo y tuvieron un detallazo en el 50 cumpleaños de mi marido, sacándole un pastelito con una felicitación y las velas y cantándole el cumpleaños feliz. Me encantó, porque sé que lo hicieron de corazón. La profesionalidad, saber estar y simpatía de CHELO y FILIPA siempre sonriendo y de buen humor. El trato exquisito que recibimos de HAMBERTH y el don que tiene para conectar con las personas, fruto de su cultura, formación académica, experiencia profesional y su enorme educación. Espero que la dirección del hotel le ofrezca el puesto que realmente se merece. La simpatía de Mohamed que siempre nos recibía con su mejor sonrisa. El jefe de cocina que siempre miraba hasta el último detalle y estaba pendiente de que todo estuviera perfecto, un gran profesional.
Espero que la dirección del hotel valore la profesionalidad y el trabajo que realiza el personal del buffet y de la cocina. Trabajadores como CAITLIN y HAMBERTH deberían promocionar en 2025 y ocupar puestos acorde con su formación y profesionalidad.
If you book outside the hotel, they don't have any details with the customer. We stayed all Christmas until Kings' Day (16 days), including my husband's 50th birthday, and they didn't even give us a pass for the Spa. On his birthday, they didn't have any details, I had to call reception at night to get something brought up for him. We were staying on a PC basis and we had to pay for even the water. Clients who booked directly with the hotel, even if they were staying for only three nights, had water and wine included in their meals and dinners and could go to the Spa once. These small, ugly details mean that we won't stay at the AR DIAMANTE BEACH SPA hotel again. We prefer to go to other chains like RIU or MELIÃ that do treat all their customers well.
Si haces la reserva fuera del hotel no tienen ningún detalle con el cliente. Nos alojamos todas las Navidades hasta Reyes (16 días), incluido el 50 cumpleaños de mi marido y no nos dieron ni un pase para el Spa. El día de su cumpleaños no tuvieron ningún detalle, tuve que llamar por la noche a recepción para que le subieran algo. Estábamos alojados en régimen de PC y teníamos que pagar hasta el agua. Los clientes que reservaron directamente con el hotel, aunque estuvieran alojados solo tres noches, tenían incluido el agua y el vino en las comidas y cenas y podían ir una vez al Spa.
Estos pequeños detalles tan feos, hacen que no volvamos a alojarnos en el hotel AR DIAMANTE BEACH SPA. Preferimos ir a otras cadenas como RIU o MELIÃ que si tratan bien a todos los clientes.

We had never been to the AR chain before and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff is very attentive and professional. They are renovating the hotel and our room was new and decorated with exquisite taste. Very spacious, as was the bathroom. The food is very varied and of high quality. It is unfortunate that foreigners come down to dinner on Christmas Eve in tracksuits, flip-flops, pyjamas and caps. The hotel should require a dress code on special occasions and at gala dinners. I don't understand why they have put the bathroom door stop in the middle of the floor and you can't open the door all the way. It has always been placed against the wall, to avoid hitting it with the doorknob or handle. It must be very difficult for elderly people, those with reduced mobility or overweight to get into the bathroom.

No entiendo que hayan puesto el tope de la puerta del lavabo en mitad del suelo y no podrás abrir la puerta del todo. Toda la vida se ha puesto pegado a la pared, para evitar golpearla con el pomo o manera. A las personas mayores, con movilidad reducida o sobrepeso les tiene que resultar muy complicado entrar al baño.
