Very bad food. Lots of variety but poor quality. The elevators take a long time and are almost impossible to take. They do not have some services such as towels for going to the pool, free gym (you have to pay to go to the gym)
Comida muy mala. Mucha variedad pero poca calidad. Los ascensores tardan mucho y casi es imposible cogerlos. No tienen algunos servicios como toallas para ir a la piscina, gimnasio gratuito (hay que pagar para ir al gimnasio)

Great hotel, always bearing in mind the great capacity it has and how complicated the management can be to ensure that everything is perfect, this is an important issue when evaluating it. Well-cooked meals with variety, taking into account what it means to cook for nearly 800 people. Perfect facilities, swimming pool, cafeteria, dining room... etc. Located 5 minutes from the beach.
Gran Hotel, teniendo presente siempre la gran capacidad que tiene y lo complicado que puede llegar a ser la gestion del mismo para que todo este prefecto, es una cuestion importante a la hora de valorarlo.
Comidas bien cocinadas y con variedad, teniendo en cuenta lo que supone cocinar para cerca de 800 personas .
Instalaciones perfectas , piscina, cafeteria, comedor......etc.
Situado a 5 minutos de la playa.
This is not a NEGATIVE comment. It is a personal reflection on the reviews about the elevators: It must be acknowledged that at the specific times of breakfast, lunch or dinner they can be a little scarce. But it must also be acknowledged that these are the peak times for so many guests. I want to break a lance in favor of them and I have experienced this situation in person on many occasions during the 8 days of my stay: Elevators with capacity for 10/12 people, arriving to use them and being denied access with the excuse that they were already full when 5/6 people were traveling. (This is what cannot be allowed, that we are complaining that there are few or they take a long time when the holidays of the same are not being optimized).

Es una reflexión personal sobre las reseñas del tema de las ascensores:
Hay que recococer que a las horas puntuales del desayuno, almuerzo o las cenas pueden quedarse un poco escasos. Pero tambien hay que reconocer que son las horas algidas para tanto huésped.
Quiero romper una lanza a favor de los mismos y esta situcion la he vivido en persona en muchas ocasiones durante los 8 dias de mi estancia:
Ascensores con capacidad para 10/12 personas, llegar a utilizarlos y negarme la entrada con la excusa de que ya iba lleno cuando viajaban 5/6 personas.
( esto es lo que no se puede consentir ,que nos estemos quejando de que son pocos o tardan mucho cuando no se esta optimizando los viajes de los mismos).

I am not a person who reads reviews, but in this case I read it. I have to say that, and I respect all comments, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was a 10, the food was a 10, and the staff were a 10. We were very comfortable for four days. It is true that it is a large hotel with a lot of capacity, but at no time did we feel overwhelmed. We will definitely return.

Y he de decir al respecto y respeto todos los comentarios pero me llevé una grata sorpresa la verdad que como hotel un 10 comida un 10 y personal un 10 estuvimos cuatro días muy a gusto sí que es verdad que es un gran hotel con mucha capacidad pero en ningún momento nos sentimos agobiados volveremos seguro

Getting to the hotel was an odyssey, there is no way to get there from Benicasim station because there are no taxis or any public service that goes through Renfe, so we went on foot. As soon as we got to the room there was no toilet paper, we asked for some towels to the room that never arrived, the shower drain did not drain properly and the floor flooded, there was no toilet brush. The terrace did not even have a table and had two crappy plastic chairs to sit on and all the roofs were full of cigarette butts, that is the postcard of the terrace, they turn off the light on the terrace at 11.00 although there is still activity in the hotel with different activities but on your terrace they leave you in the dark and nobody took care of helping us find a taxi to go back to the station, we had to call every 10 minutes until we got one ourselves. They really left us stranded with our problem. Terrible service. The fridge was a paid-for fridge with a key, which in a 4 star hotel this is not usually the case. The elevators are always full to go up and down. They don't inform you about places of interest or recommended sites in the area. A real disappointment.
Para llegar al hotel fue una odisea, no hay forma de llegar desde la estación de Benicasim porque no hay taxis ni ningún servicio público que pase por la Renfe, con lo cual fuimos andando. Nada más llegar a la habitación no había papel higiénico, pedimos unas toallas a la habitación que nunca llegaron, el desagüe de la ducha no tragaba bien y se inundaba el suelo, no había escobilla. La terraza no tenía ni una mesa y tenía dos sillas cutres de plástico para sentarte y todos los tejados llenos de colillas, esa es la postal de la terraza, apagan la luz de la terraza a las 11.00 aunque continúa habiendo actividad en el hotel con distintas actividades pero en tu terraza te dejan a oscuras y nadie se ocupó de ayudarnos a buscar un taxi para la vuelta a la estación, tuvimos que estar llamando cada 10 min hasta conseguir uno nosotros mismos. Nos dejaron realmente tirados con nuestro problema. Pésima atención. La nevera era de pago con llave que en un 4 estrellas todo esto no suele ser así. Los ascensores siempre están llenos para subir y bajar. No te informan de lugares de interés, ni sitios recomendables de la zona. Toda una decepción.
