The location of the hotel is excellent! Very comfortable parking areas, free blue and yellow zone for residents, good rooms, quality and price very satisfied. I would recommend improving the menu and the quantity a bit, otherwise everything is great.

The room was clean and the breakfast, although there was not a great variety of products, was good. The reception staff was attentive and friendly (excellent rating for them).

I did not like that the towels in the bathroom gave off "lint" in large quantities. You dried yourself after a shower and had to shower again to get rid of the "lint". I did not like that some of the services offered in the promotion did not work (e.g. the SPA). I did not like the lack of empathy of the dining room service staff in general. One of the waitresses (about 40 years old with glasses) had a real obsession to close the coffee machines at the hour on the dot of the dining room closing time. To any comment of complaint, silence for an answer. Although courtesy of the hotel, I did not like having to "beg" for shampoo and gel products (in six days we were given a total of two small bottles of each product). I did not like the atmosphere in general. For a four star hotel it lacks "joy and vitality". I will certainly NOT repeat.
No me ha gustado que las toallas del baño desprendieran "pelusa" en grandes cantidades. Te secabas después de una ducha y tenías que volver a ducharte para quitarte la "pelusa". No me ha gustado que algunos de los servicios que se ofrecían en la promoción no funcionaran (ejemplo el SPA). No me ha gustado la poca empatía del personal de servicio del comedor en general. Una de las camareras (unos 40 años con lentes) tenía verdadera obsesión por cerrar las máquinas de café a la hora en punto del cierre del comedor. Ante cualquier comentario de queja, el silencio por respuesta. Aunque es gentileza del hotel, no me ha gustado tener que "implorar" productos de champú y gel (en seis días nos han dado en total dos botecitos de cada producto). No me ha gustado el ambiente en general. Para tener cuatro estrellas es un hotel que carece de "alegría y vitalidad". Seguro que NO repetiré.
