The buffet food was very good, the rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was very attentive.

The heated pool was more of an indoor pool, although the area was at a good temperature the water was cold to be heated.

- all staff were very friendly and accommodating. - There is a small free parking lot, or an underground parking space (10 €/ day) in addition to a somewhat remote PP (5 €) - large pool area with many slides for children

- es gibt einen kleinen kostenlosen Parkplatz, oder Einen Tiefgaragenplatz (10€/ Tag) zusätzlich noch einen etwas abgelegenen PP (5€)
- große Poolanlage mit vielen Rutschen für Kinder
- the hotel does not have a 4 star standard - the rooms/apartments are very old. Very very old equipment. Marketing sanitary facilities from the 70s. - Bed sheets that didn't look really clean. - an incredible amount of dust under the beds. - it is a pure children's hotel. Even for us as parents of 2 children it was clearly too much. The majority of visitors were children. Parents who change their children's diapers on the sofa in the lobby, children who constantly bang their cutlery against the plates while eating.... Not a second of peace at the pool. Absolutely crowded. I didn't swim once because the (very large) pool was always hopelessly overcrowded. If you're looking for peace, or like it a bit more civilized, you've come to the wrong place!
- das Hotel hat keinen 4 Sterne Standard
- die Zimmer/Apartments sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr sehr alte Ausstattung. Vermarkten Sanitäranlagen aus den 70ern.
- Bettwäsche die nicht richtig sauber wirkt.
- unter den Betten unfassbar viel Staub.
- es ist ein reines Kinderhotel. Selbst uns als Eltern von 2 Kindern war das eindeutig zu viel. Die Mehrheit der Besucher war Kinder.
Eltern die in der Lobby den Kindern die Windeln auf dem Sofa wechseln, Kinder die beim Essen pausenlos mit dem Besteck gegen die Teller hämmern…. Keine Sekunde Ruhe am Pool. Absolut überfüllt. Ich war nicht ein Mal im Wasser, weil der (sehr große) Pool immer hoffnungslos überfüllt war.
Wer Ruhe sucht, oder es etwas gesitteter mag, der ist hier absolut falsch!

Los dispensadores de gel hidroalcoholico sale mucho. De la cantidad que sale hay para dos personas. Según la normativa de Covid-19 en la web del hotel no se cumple con el restaurante ya que no hay servicio individualizado donde te atendie sino que al ser buffet cada coge la cantidad que desea en estas circunstancias creo que no debería ser así ya es una fuente de contagio. Es más le llame la atención a unas personas que tocaban la comida con las manos de la bandeja al plato y la devolvían al plato.
