The location right next to the beach. The water park and the friendliness of the staff, both reception, waiters, entertainment, lifeguards. It is worth taking the all-inclusive option.
La ubicación justo al lado de la playa. El parque acuático y la amabilidad de los empleados tanto recepción, camareros ,animación, socorristas. Merece la pena coger el todo incluido.
The cleaning of the rooms, I suppose the staff was overwhelmed but there were days when only the bed was made and badly made. The bad behaviour of the English public, both children and parents, is tolerated too much.
La limpieza de las habitaciones, supongo que el personal estaría saturado pero había días que solo la cama y mal hecha. Se consiente demasiado el malcomportamirnto del público ingles tanto de los niños como los padres.

The indoor pool was dirty and the bathrooms were on the same floor. I paid for a massage but I think my 7 year old daughter could do better.

The hotel staff is the best thing about it. The rooms are not bad at all, price quality. The entertainment for children is good, along with the Water Slides. The best of all, the waiters with Raul in charge, Anamaris etc.....Every day, the surroundings of the pool were cleaned, but the air brought a lot of sand. The TI has top brand drinks, which is the least that is required.
LA plantilla del hotel, lo mejor del mismo. Las habitaciones, no esta nada mal, precio calidad. La animación para los niños esta bien, junto con los toboganes. Lo mejor de todo, los camareros con Raul al frente, anamaris etc.....Todos los días, se limpiaba los alrededores de la piscina, pero el aire traia mucha arena. El T.I tiene bebidas de primeras marcas, que es lo menos que se exige.
The rooms were made up in any way and my mother-in-law's room was not made up until 19:30h after being told twice. It is true that they did it. The food could be improved. Too many people and not enough space to eat. A little more variety would not be bad. I know it is difficult, but a little more control in the heated pool with the children. Too much sand in said pool. Little entertainment for adults, practically, at night.
Las habitaciones hechas de cualquier manera y la de mi suegra, eran las 19:00 y estaba sin hacer después de decirlo dos veces. Luego es verdad que lo hicieron. La comida, se puede mejorar. Mucha gente y poco sitio donde coger. Un poco mas de variedad, no estaria mal. Se que es dificil, pero un poco mas de control en la piscina climatizada con los niños. Mucha arena en dicha piscina. Poca animación para adultos, practicamente, por la noche.

Comida muy mala , SIN NINGÚN GUSTO, lo peor que he encontrado en un hotel en últimos 2 años, la habitación SIN VENTILACIÓN , MALOS OLORES , creo que estaba para dormir el personal de hotel .... JO ME HE GUSTADO NADA QUE HE OFRECIDO EL HOTEL esta vez .... el año pasado estaba mucho mejor......

Room on the highway with noise without being able to sleep hardly at all, I asked for the room when making the booking and stressed that I did not want that place and it is right where they put us where we put what we did not want, the hotel's response is that we are full, total lies because there were not many people compared to other years when it was a restful stay, the cleaning issue was awful there were papers and things from previous tenants, the first day with the disgust in the body when going to sleep, we saw the dirty sheets, it is not possible with so much neglect, they went up, changed them and that's it and then in 2 days they didn't even come we had to ask for the towels, with the anger and the loss of time every morning and the tiredness of not sleeping because of the noise at 5:30 loading and unloading of the trucks, Another of the incredible points was the heated pool that was one of the reasons to go for the girls if it rains because it was cold it was unpleasant to get in we said it but to tell you that it is at 30 degrees is that it has really been the worst holiday of my life, we were 3 families convinced by me and I feel guilty because they couldn't even sleep well, it's the first time I feel so badly treated in a hotel, the last day I spoke to the customer service person and like everything else they were all nice faces, really pathetic, all summer waiting for this week and we haven't had any rest, 3 families that will never come back. My sister-in-law has bites that look like bed bugs, there were cockroaches in the pool area, it couldn't be worse.
Habitacion a carretera con ruido sin poder dormir apenas nada ,pedí la habitación al hacer reserva y recalque qué no quería ese sitio y es justo donde nos pusieron donde poníamos qué no queriamos,respuesta del hotel estamos llenos ,totales mentira porque no había mucha gente en comparación de otros años que si fue una estancia de descanso,el tema de la limpieza espantoso había papeles y cosas de inquilinos anteriores ,el primer día con el disgusto en el cuerpo al ir a dormir ,vimos las sabanas sucias ,es que no se puede con tanta dejadez ,subieron las cambiaron y ya esta y ya luego en 2 días ni pasaron teníamos que pedir las toallas ,con el cabreo y la perdida de tiempo todas las mañanas y el cansancio de no dormir por el ruido a las 5:30 carga y descarga de los camiones,.Otro de los puntos increíbles era la piscina climatizada que era uno de los motivos de ir por los niñas si llueve pues estaba frío era desagradable meterse lo dijimos pero con decirte que esta a 30 grados es que de verdad a sido las peores vacaciones de mi vida ,fuimos 3 familias convencidas por mi y me siento culpable porque ni dormir bien pudieron ,es la primera vez me siento tan mal tratada en un hotel,el último día hable con la de atención al cliente y como todo lo demás buenas caras ,de verdad lamentable ,todo el verano esperando esta semana y no emos descanso nada ,3 familias que nunca volverán .
Mi cuñada tiene picadas que parecen de chinches del colchón,si es que habia cucarachas en zona de piscina ,peor imposible

Los toboganes y espacio de niños muy bien.
Very small rooms for 4/5 people. Cleaning a bit poor.
