The check-in time is very early compared to the check-out time, we think it is too late (16:00). We arrived at about 15:30h and asked if we could check in now, but they told us no in a rude manner. The treatment of the girls at reception was very unpleasant, even disrespectful. Especially the girl who came with a van to pick up the dirty clothes who invited us to "go and look at the landscape" in a very rude manner when it was 16:30 and the apartment was still unfinished, in fact at that time all the apartments were still unfinished and uncleaned. And the guy who accompanied her, who despite saying that he did not work at the hotel, treated us very disdainfully. In the end we had to go into the apartment at 16:45 with the entire floor soaked since it had just been mopped. I am attaching photos of how the apartments were at 16:30 when check-in is at 16:00. We also think that the heating is not enough to heat it.
La hora de entrada es muy pronta respecto a la hora ade salida creemos que es demasiado tarde (16:00) llegamos sobre las 15 :30 y preguntamos si podíamos entrar ya , pero nos dijeron que no de malas maneras. El trato de las chicas de recepción fue muy desagradable, llegando a faltarnos al respecto. Sobre todo la chica que vino con una furgoneta a recoger la ropa sucia que nos invitó a "ir a mirar el paisaje" de muy malas maneras cuando eran las 16:30 y el apartamento estaba sin arreglar, de hecho a esa hora aun estaban todos los apartamentos sin arreglar ni limpiar.y el chico que la acompañaba que a pesar de decir que no trabajaba en el hotel nos trató muy despectivamente. Al final tuvimos que entrar al apartamento a las 16:45 con todo el suelo empapado ya que estaba recién fregado. Adjunto fotos de como estaban los apartamentos a las 16:30 cuando la entrada es a las 16:00.
También creemos que la calefacción no es suficiente para calentarlo.

Very good location, the apartment (4-6 people) was spacious, there were 3 of us. The bathroom was renovated. There was almost no one at the time, much tranquility.

We arrived and the apartment had the heating off, it was cold. The TV didn't work either. It was resolved quickly. There was no reception service, the hotel was closed, but they attended to us by WhatsApp to give us the keys (in a box) and solve problems. In that sense, the communication worked well. The sofa bed is a leg, comfortable for sleeping but uncomfortable for watching TV or reading. In the Plan all the shops were closed, it gave a sense of abandonment.
Lleganos y el apartamento tenía la calefacción apagada, estaba frío. Tampoco funcionaba la tv. Se solucionó rápidamente. No había servicio de recepción, el hotel había cerrado, pero nos atendieron por wasap para darnos las llaves (en un cajetín) y solucionar problemas. En ese sentido funcionó bien la comunicación. El sofá cama es una cama, cómoda para dormir pero incómoda para ver la tv o leer.

I liked the location, very close to the ski resort. The accommodation with a coffee maker and induction, along with the necessary utensils, was great.

The least bit about the accommodation: it had ants everywhere. The double bed was untouchable, it sank and the blades of the bed came out, we couldn't sleep in it. Very little soundproofing. I would have appreciated, since our booking was for 4 nights, a couple of extra garbage bags and a couple of rolls of toilet paper.

We had a very bad experience with the duplex apartment for 8 people. Upon arrival we found that the elevator was not working, and the cylinder in our apartment (3rd floor) was not working properly, as it was spinning incessantly before the key fit correctly to open the door. We showered in the upstairs bathroom and immediately the downstairs bathroom became a real waterfall, so we couldn't use it throughout the weekend, with leaks even reaching the room next to this bathroom. On Saturday, when we arrived from skiing, we found that the power had gone out and therefore the food we had in the refrigerator was spoiled... On Sunday morning we also found some cockroaches and several ants in the kitchen... The solution they gave us from the hotel was insufficient, despite our complaints. The only thing they offered us was to open another apartment for us so we could shower and move some of the group to that apartment to sleep, but on Sunday morning the cleaning employees were not aware of this matter and entered the apartment (and even in the room where we slept). In short, everything was poorly managed in an apartment that is not prepared to be offered for rent. We complained to the reception when checking out and they told us that they would speak with the director to assess compensation, but they have not yet contacted us.
Tuvimos muy mala experiencia con el apartamento dúplex para 8 personas. Al llegar nos encontramos que el ascensor no funcionaba, y el bombín de nuestro apartamento (3a planta), no funcionaba correctamente, ya que daba vueltas sin cesar antes de que la llave encajara correctamente para abrir la puerta. Nos duchamos en el baño de arriba y acto seguido el baño de abajo se convirtió en una auténtica cascada, por lo que no pudimos hacer uso durante todo el fin de semana, llegando las goteras incluso a la habitación contigua a este baño. El sábado al llegar de esquiar nos encontramos que había saltado la luz y por lo tanto la comida que teníamos en la nevera se echó a perder... El domingo por la mañana encontramos también alguna cucaracha y varias hormigas en la cocina... La solución que nos dieron desde el hotel fue insuficiente, a pesar de nuestras quejas. Lo único que nos ofrecieron fue abrirnos otro apartamento para podernos duchar y mover algunos del grupo a ese apartamento para poder dormir, pero el domingo por la mañana las empleadas de la limpieza no eran conscientes de este asunto y entraron en el apartamento (e incluso en la habitación donde dormíamos). En definitiva, todo mal gestionado en un apartamento que no está preparado para ofrecerlo en alquiler. Reclamamos en recepción al hacer el chek-out y nos dijeron que hablarían con el director para valorar una compensación, pero todavía no se han puesto en contacto con nosotros.
