The carpet in the room was stained, dirty and the room had an old smell, the bathroom needs a deep cleaning. I couldn't sleep, because you can hear everything, it has no soundproofing, neither for the interior nor for the street. The room was hot, I turned on the air conditioning but they have it programmed and it never cooled down. The wifi didn't connect with the password they gave me, I asked the reception by phone that the phone in the room doesn't work to call the reception, I called by the conventional line and they didn't give me any solution, they hung up on me, and I could only connect to an open network of the hotel that said it wasn't safe, only after I made the call, at 2 am, it stopped working, it was terrible for a hotel in the center, it's not good at all. In a previous experience in 2022 it was nothing like that, the hotel is very neglected.
La alfombra de la habitación estaba manchada, sucia y el cuarto tenía un olor a viejo, el baño necesita una limpieza profunda. No pude dormir, porque todo se escucha, no tiene aislamiento acústico, ni para el interior ni para la calle. La habitación estaba caliente conecté el aire acondicionado pero lo tienen como programado y nunca se enfrió. El wifi no se conectaba con la clave que me dieron, consulté por teléfono a la recepción que el teléfono del cuarto no funciona para llamar a recepción, llamé por la línea convencional y no me dieron ninguna solución me colgaron el teléfono, y sólo te podía conectar a una red abierta del hotel que decía que no estaba segura, sólo después que hice la llamada, a las 2 de am, dejó de funcionar, fue terrible para ser un hotel en el centro no está para nada bien. En una experiencia anterior en el 2022 no fue para nada parecido, está bien descuidado el hotel.
