This apartment is located in a central location and is only 400 meters from the beach, separated from it by a promenade. About two kilometres you will find a lot of shops, restaurants and nightclubs. The surrounding area is public transport (about 100 meters) and shops (200 meters). The town Praia da Rocha is four kilometres and the town of Portimão to four. Renovated in 2005, this hotel consists of two buildings of seven floors each block with a total of 88 studio apartments. Guests are offered many facilities including a lobby with lift and reception area open 24 hours a day that offers a safe and a cloakroom. The hotel's facilities include a bar, a la carte restaurant with highchairs for children, a public Internet terminal, a car park and a playground for children to play and have fun. At your disposal is the room service and laundry. The apartments and studios have a bathroom with hairdryer. Also they come with a direct dial telephone, satellite TV or cable, Internet access, kitchenette, refrigerator, central heating, hire safe and a separate bedroom. The apartments have a separate bedroom. The beautiful garden complex includes a swimming pool with snack bar, sun loungers and parasols. You will be able to play billiards and golf (golf course 600 meters). The hotel offers sun loungers and parasols on the beach. A program of animation and entertainment (seasonal) completes the range of services. In the morning there is a breakfast. At lunch and dinner you can choose an à la carte menu.
