We were a group of 22 and the hotel stay has been great: clean rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. We enjoyed rthe confortable sofas of the lobby, where we had few drinks and played board games. It has been a great weekend and thanks to the hotel for the service!

Nice spacious rooms , with nice staff. WiFi was ok.
Cheapest, lack of choice , cold with no taste food, I would not recommend taking any food option with them. Floor in the room was dirty.. in the evening heating was turned off so when we came back from slopes it was cold in the room , they turned it back on after 8pm. Same with water it wasn't cold but it wasn't warm either.

The hotel lobby is very nice, but once you enter the hallways, it's a different story.

They can't access the room until 4:00 PM, and cleanliness isn't their strong suit. The room furnishings are very poorly maintained. It's barely adequate for a 3-star hotel. The bathtub was also a disaster.

Comfortable and with a wide variety of entertainment within the hotel, despite the bad weather we had a good time

The hotel is very run-down and in need of renovation. The young man in the restaurant was rather rude; they took our lunch booking for 8:30 and then told us in a very impolite way that it would be at 9:00, even though we had arrived at 8:30 the day before.

Breakfast and dinner menus left much to be desired, the room had cardboard walls offering no privacy, the door had a faulty lock, and the staff were clearly exploited, working from 8 am until at least 10 pm. Better quality is expected from a hotel at that price!
