We changed rooms with the Movistar plus
Nos cambiaron de habitación con el Movistar plus
They gave us a room that was not going to any TV channel. They tell us what happens in all the rooms when we complain and tell them that they have to let us know they change our room and assures us what in this one if it goes then I do not understand how having free not They put us in that one directly and first affirming that in all the rooms the same thing would happen that was not true because of not going to have the Movistar plus and a big difference and we asked to leave a little later and it was a very unfriendly no resounding the receptionist I do not apologize for the inconvenience it caused us
Nos dieron una habitación que no iba ningún canal de tv nos dicen que pasa en todas las habitaciones al quejarnos y decirle que eso nos lo tienen que avisar nos cambian de habitación y nos asegura qu en esta si que va entonces no entiendo como habiendo libre no nos ponen en esa directamente y primero afirmando que en todas las habitaciones pasaría lo mismo cosa que no fue cierto porque de no ir a tener el Movistar plus ay una gran diferencia y pedimos salir un poco mas tarde y fue un no rotundo muy antipática la recepcionista no se disculpo por la molestia que nos ocasiono
