This accommodation is a special offer of Nievesol involved in all the apartment complexes that are located in the town of Pas de la Casa.
All have very similar characteristics and style. You will know the exact location of your apartment when they give you the keys, once at the destination: it is 100% sure that you will be staying in the town of Pas de la Casa, and the whole town is at the foot of the slopes!
The distribution of the apartments is as follows:
- Studio for 2 people: It consists of living room with sofa bed for two people, 1 bathroom and kitchen.
- Studio 2-3 places: It consists of living room with sofa-bed for two people + single sofa bed, 1 bathroom and equipped kitchen.
- Studio for 2-5 people: It consists of a cabin with bunk beds + a living room with a sofa bed for two people + a single sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.
- Studio for 2-6 people: It consists of a cabin with bunk beds + a living room with a sofa bed for two people + a sofa-bed, 1 bathroom and an equipped kitchen.
- Apartment for 2-4 people: 1 room with double bed + living room with sofa bed for two people, 1 bathroom and equipped kitchen.
- Apartment for 2-5 people : 1 room with double bed + living room with sofa-bed for two people + single sofa bed. Bathroom and kitchen.
- Apartment for 2-6 people : 1 room with double bed + living room with 2 sofa-bed for two people + sofa-bed, 1 bathroom and equipped kitchen.
- Apartment for 6-7 people : 1 room with double bed + living room with 2 sofa beds for two people + single sofa bed + cabin with bunk beds, 1 bathroom and equipped kitchen.
- Apartment for 7-8 people : 1 room with double bed + living room with sofa bed for two people + cabin with bunk beds, 1 bathroom and equipped kitchen.
They are located in Pas de la Casa, less than 350m from the ski lifts to access the ski slopes of Grandvalira quickly, comfortably and simply. In addition, they are located in the party area of Pas de la Casa: just outside the accommodation you can find 3 pubs and 2 discos so that besides enjoying skiing during the day, you have the best night parties.
The arrival time at reception is from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. In case of arriving later, the following conditions exist:
- Arrivals later than 7:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., it is essential to telephone the reception and does not carry a supplement.
- Arrivals between 22.00 and 24.00: € 20 (must have called to notify).
- Arrivals between 24.00 and 03.00: € 30 (must have called to notify).
- Arrivals between 03:00 and 06:00: € 50 (must have called to warn).
All arrival supplements must be paid in cash upon delivery of the DEPOSIT keys : € 200 (in cash) / studio or apartment. It will be returned at the end of the stay to check that the apartment has been left in optimal conditions.
