Location: so close to the slopes
- WIFI: not working at all, so bad
- Cleanliness: the room was dirty, dusty, and no one came to clean it during our entire instance (5 days)
- Furniture and beds: old, cheap, uncomfortable, just single beds, no matter if you are a couple, we have been said (no double bedrooms in this hotel)
- Staff help: the heater in the bathroom was broken all the time, we asked the staff to fix it several times but they never even came to check it out (it was freaking cold in there)
- Bathtub: even if every room has one, they don't let you use it (they refuse to give you the bath-plug) saying there is not enough hot water. So we bought our own plug and guess what, hot baths every day, no problems at all with the water.
- Shower: no way to hang the shower on the wall, no hook provided

It is all you need if you are going for a weekend. The place is basic but the cost is low so it's a fair deal and no complaints. Maybe for a week you will want something more luxury! This place is at top of town so a 10min walk from the chair lift. But it means it's quiet at night

The cleaning was horrible, there was hair on the bottom sheets and blankets, suspicious stains on the walls and kitchen furniture, there were leaks (we had to put a pot on the floor), the balcony door didn't close and it was very cold (we had to block it with the table), the heating was just right... The water heater was right above the bidet so we hit our heads several times, the bathtub was narrow and the curtain stuck to it, there was no hair dryer... The car park was horrible, with hardly any spaces as they were reserved and the few that there were were in -2 which was almost impossible to get down to unless you have an all-terrain vehicle because the bottom of most cars rubs against it, you can hardly manoeuvre because of the narrowness, it's better to leave it on the street.
Limpieza horrible, había pelos en las sabanas bajeras y mantas, manchas sospechosas en las paredes y muebles de la cocina, goteras (tuvimos que poner una olla en el suelo), la puerta del balcón no cerraba y entraba mucho frio (tuvimos que atrancarla con la mesa), calefacción justita... El termo estaba justo encima del bidé con lo que nos llevamos varios cabezazos, la bañera era estrecha y se pegaba la cortina, no había secador de pelo... El garaje horrible, sin plazas apenas ya que están reservadas y las pocas que habían estaban en el -2 al cual era casi imposible descender a menos que tengas un todoterreno porque los bajos de la mayoría de coches rozan, a penas puedes hacer maniobras por la estrechez, mejor dejarlo en la calle.
