The hotel is terrible. The room was damp, the furniture broken, the water in both the shower and the sink a trickle of water, plugs that come out. El hotel es nefasto. La habitación tenía humedades, el mobiliario roto, el agua tanto de la ducha como del lavabo un hilo de agua, enchufes que se salen. Cogimos media pensión con desayuno y cena, la comida horrible, nada de variedad y muy escasa. La última noche cuando bajemos a cenar ya no quedaba nada y dijeron que ya no había nada. Tuvimos que quejarnos para que sacaran algo de comer. Espero que este comentario sirva para que nadie elija este hotel y no pase por lo mismo que nosotros. Sabíamos que sería un hotel sencillo, pero es nefasto.

Después de leer las opiniones íbamos con las expectativas muy bajas con lo cual nos sorprendió para bien. Lo que más nos ha gustado es la habitación espaciosa y limpia, el personal muy amable, nos cambiaron una habitación para que mi hija pudiese estar en nuestra misma planta. La ubicación muy bien; lejos del bullicio con acceso fácil a la autovía y fácil aparcamiento.
No es un hotel para disfrutar de el, tiene muy pocos servicios, el bar cerrado y en la piscina el mismo socorrista sirve las bebidas. Las cenas son muy básicas y no hay servicio de bebidas durante la cena, solo se puede beber agua de las máquinas.

Es un sitio en el que la comida buffet deja mucho que desear siempre hay lo mismo y cuando se acaba no lo reponen, la habitación que nos toco tenia manchas de sangre en el suelo, y tienes que dar un depósito para que te den los mandados tanto del aire como de la tele. Si eres español no vayas a este hotel es todo de guiris, los horarios de desayuno y cena están hechos para ellos

As for the person who deals with the distribution of the guests, they gave us like 1 room, one that faced the interior of the hotel and therefore the rest of the adjoining hotels, one of these hotels had a party with music on the terrace every night and even so they put us in that room with a baby, the windows are pvc and 2 glass but the noise is still there, they changed us when we made a complaint and the consequence was a crib for the baby that was so used that we had to put it pillows and blankets under the mattress xk the frame that held it stuck.... The dinner menu was quite repetitive, little variety and horrible heat in the dining room. And last but not least, a hotel with 6 floors and 20 rooms per floor with a single elevator for max 3 people is horrible to use with a baby every time we wanted to go out or enter the room
El personal de limpieza tanto de la habitación como del resto del hotel deja bastante que desear, en 1 semana no pasaron ni el suelo ni el baño de la habitación con 3 personas alojadas y haciendo uso del mismo, de 8 días 6 tuvimos que pedir una tercera toalla ya que no nos lo repongan. En cuanto a la persona que se ocupa de la distribución de los huéspedes, nos dieron como 1 habitación una que daba al interior del hotel y por consiguiente resto de hoteles colindantes, uno de estos hoteles hacia fiesta con música en la terraza todas las noches y aún así nos pusieron en esa habitación con un bebé, las ventanas son de pvc y 2 cristal pero el ruido sigue pasa do, nos cambiaron al hacer una queja y la consecuencia fue una cuna para el bebé que estaba tan usada que le tuvimos que poner almohadas y mantas bajo el colchón xk se clavaba el armazón que lo sostenía.... El menú de la cena era bastante repetitivo, poca variedad y un calor horrible en el comedor. Y por último, pero no menos importante, un hotel con 6 plantas y 20 habitaciones por plantas con un solo ascensor de max 3 personas es horrible para utilizarlo con un bebé cada vez que queríamos salir o entrar a la habitación
