Maybe it is very central. The staff. We had a rather unpleasant problem with a French woman who apparently is a regular at the hotel. The hotel man had all the patience in the world with her. We were about to call the police but we did not do it.
Quizá es que está muy céntrico. El personal. Tuvimos un problema bastante desagradable con una mujer francesa que por lo visto es asidua del hotel. El hombre del hotel tuvo toda la paciencia del mundo con ella. Estuvimos a punto de llamar a la policía pero no llegamos a hacerlo.
Very fair rooms. Improvable cleaning. No soundproofing. Penumbra (possibly counted more than 5 or 6 light bulbs). Even though it is apparently a very low price, it is not justified. I really feel sorry for the staff but it's the reality: either they improve, or they should lower the price. I would not repeat in the same conditions and I would not recommend it.
Habitaciones muy justas. Limpieza mejorable. Nula insonorización. Penumbra (posiblemente haya contado más de 5 o 6 bombillas fundidas). Aún siendo un precio aparentemente muy bajo, no se llega a justificar. La verdad me da pena por el personal pero es la realidad: o mejoran, o deberían bajar el precio. Yo no repetiría en las mismas condiciones y no lo recomendaría.

We had a medical problem with my mother and the hotel staff behaved in an excellent and very professional way and is that sometimes the human treatment is worth more than the hotel is 4 or 5 stars. We stay for dinner and homemade food very good at a more than affordable price (15 eur menu). We will certainly repeat.
