There were 120 teenagers, nobody told me about it, I would have changed the hotel. Neither the tutors nor the hotel staff have put limits on them. We were the guests who went out to the corridor to tidy up, to look for the receptionist who was not at reception or picked up the phone and the tutors, who were not controlling the teenagers. corridors, yelling, insulting, calling the internal telephone of those of us who told them to go to their room... In addition, the children's menu for everyone, there was no other option. The hotel linen, stained bedspread, towels with holes. Until a claim was made for cold water in the shower and low heating. Of course I am not going to recommend it. I had been on other occasions, I know it is an unpretentious hotel, but this time I was disappointed.
Había 120 adolescentes,Nadie me ha avisado de ello,hubiera cambiado el hotel. Ni los tutores ni el personal del hotel les han puesto límites.Éramos los huéspedes quienes salíamos al pasillo a poner orden ,a buscar al recepcionista que no estaba en recepción ni cogía teléfono y a los tutores ,q no estaban controlando a los adolescentes.Corriendompor los pasillos ,gritando ,insultando,llamando al teléfono interno de los que les decíamos q se fueran a su habitación …
Además el menú infantil para todos ,no había otra opción .
La lencería del hotel ,colcha manchada,toallas con agujeros .
Hasta q no se puso reclamación agua fría en la ducha y calefacción baja .
Desde luego no lo voy a recomendar.Había estado en otras ocasiones ,se q es un hotel sin pretensiones ,pero está vez me ha decepcionado.

There were two institutes in Madrid with 120 children, with a menu adapted for them of very low quality, a shame that we had to put up with a dish served at the table. Cold shower water. Very low heating. Dinner hours at 8 pm and breakfast at 9 in the morning, without options and without prior notice from anyone. What time do you have to go skiing? Conditional by the institute. No control of the children at night or by the hotel or by the adults who went with them, without sleeping at night and with lack of respect for the other guests. Thanks to the experience of the hotel I feel totally cheated and powerless by the bad experience. How could you solve this problem of the schools? giving at least notice. we all pay the same and have the same rights. a very unpleasant experience.
Había dos institutos de madrid con con 120 niños, con un menú adaptado para ellos de bajísima calidad,una vergüenza que tuvimos que aguantar nosotros con plato servido en mesa. Agua de la ducha fría. Calefacción muy baja. Horario de cena a las 20 y desayuno a las 9 de la mañana, sin opciones y sin un aviso anterior por parte de nadie.a qué hora hay que ir a esquiar?condicionados por el instituto.ningun control de los niños por la noche ni por el hotel ni por los adultos que iban con ellos, sin dormir por las noches y con faltas de respeto a los otros huéspedes.gracias al experiencia del hotel me siento totalmente estafado y impotente por la mala experiencia.como podríais solucionar este problema de los colegios?avisando por lo menos.todos pagamos igual y tenemos los mismos derechos.una experiencia muy desagradable.

130 niños alojados , el menu de las cenas el de los niños el cual era incomible hasta el punto de que solo fuimos la primera noche , nos obligaron a desayunar a las 8:45 porque primero estaban los niños ,perdiendo 1h para subir a pistas , el agua de la ducha llegaba a toda la habitacion por defecto del plato de ducha , la señal wifi solo llegaba al salon de comidas y recepcion , la sala de descanso con tv nmos desalojaron porque querian dar las instrucciones a los niños `para el dia siguente y la tv de la habitacion solo funcionaba un canal arabe y dos franceses de los españoles se oia pero no se veia

Our experience at the hotel has been very average. We found a double room with two single beds, we asked at reception to change to a bed for a couple and they told us that the hotel was designed for groups, it did not have double beds. Of course on their website they advertise double beds. Second incident, the hotel has a breakfast buffet, when we got to the restaurant it was a dish served with an egg, bacon, sausage and bread, we discussed it with the waiter and he told us that they don't always have a buffet, of course on the page website advertise “continental breakfast”. They ask you to leave the room key every time you leave the hotel, in my case I didn't leave it and a man at the reception got upset. Usually hotels warn their clients of the cost of the keys in case of loss. Finally, we had torn towels and uncomfortable beds. In conclusion a fairly average experience.
Nuestra experiencia en el hotel ha sido muy regular. Nos encontramos con una habitación doble con dos camas individuales, pedimos en recepción el cambio a una cama para pareja y nos dijeron que el hotel estaba diseñado para grupos, no tenia camas dobles. Por supuesto en su página web publicitan camas matrimoniales. Segundo incidente, el hotel dispone de un bufet de desayuno, cuando llegamos al restaurante era plato servido con un huevo, un bacon, una salchicha y pan, lo comentamos con el camarero y nos dijo que no siempre hacían bufet, por supuesto en la página web publicitan “desayuno continental”. Te piden dejar la llave de la habitación cada vez que sales del hotel, en mi caso no la dejé y un señor en la recepción se molestó. Usualmente los hotel advierten a sus clientes del costo de las llaves en caso de pérdida. Por último, nos tocaron toallas con rotos y las camas incomodas. En conclusión una experiencia bastante regular.
