The truth is that I've traveled a lot and I can assure you that this accommodation is by far the worst. Be careful with the tourist tax, which they will surely try to overcharge you for. Dishonest staff and run-down accommodations.

Good
It has spectacular views. They allow dogs to be brought along and they also have a space set up to eat with them. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good and the menu is reasonable, value for money.
The hotel needs urgent renovation. There is no elevator, luckily we were on the 1st floor, otherwise you see the fun of going up 2 or 3 floors with suitcases. The rooms are old, which is no problem, but they are also neglected. The shower head was half broken and the toilet window was missing a sheet of glass. The toilet plug does not have a ground connection and the hair dryer does not go in or out. Tube TV, if you want to connect an HDMI, you need an adapter or bring a tablet directly to watch something. Hard mattress and flat pillows, ideal for a championship torticollis. In addition, they turned off the general heating in the rooms and hallways on the days we were alone (Monday to Friday morning) and left us a small stove so we could manage as best we could. On Friday afternoon, when the hotel was already a little more crowded, they turned it on. It's not that it was excessively cold, but I pay the same as everyone else, so it doesn't seem fair to me. I understand that you don't turn on the heating for the entire empty hotel, but for those of us, at least if. With that poor stove, we didn't have enough time to shower and it was cold, really. The walls of the room are made of paper and you can hear absolutely everything. Whether those in the next room are recreating "Marriage Scenes" or "50 Shades of Grey," you hear everything. On the weekend, when there are people, if rude families come and start talking until the wee hours of the morning, you eat them with potatoes. And being alone during the week in the empty hotel, the few people who came besides us, they put them next to us, instead of leaving a little distance (knowing that you can hear everything and that there are people with a lot of disrespect and that She doesn't know she's not alone in the world. In addition, they have stuffed animals in various areas of the hotel, which being in 2024, they could remove because not all of us like the ideology of hunting, the truth is.. In each person's home, they can do what they want, but in a place where people of all kinds come, they should be more neutral on this issue. The food is good, but come on, on the last day we ordered some sandwiches to take away and they charged us €15 for the two sandwiches: it was frozen country bread with leftovers from the morning buffet that we had already paid for and they left the cheese on top that we had ordered, apart from the sausage. They should be ashamed of charging you for putting leftovers of something they have already charged for and then forgetting half of the ingredients. What seems strange to me is that, since we were alone in the hotel, the staff was absent and they gave us the key downstairs so we could enter in the afternoon. All dull and dark, help yourself. Then at night they came back, but it is a little irresponsible on their part because anything happens and you are totally alone up there, in a town of 4 houses in which there is not a single service. And the final joke is that they charge you €9 per night for the dog (on the website it says €8, Esquiades.com tells you by email that €5...), which seems like a robbery to me because in many other places they don't go over 3 or €4. So you think: they will do an exhaustive and different cleaning, right? Well no, because when we got to the room, there were hairs from other dogs. So, why are you charging me almost €50 for 5 nights if he hasn't destroyed anything and has been good? In short, it is a place where pets are allowed, it has good views and it is not bad, but there are many points to improve. It's a shame, because I love this area and we could be regular customers, but we will look for another more comfortable place.

Good
It is a family hostel in a beautiful setting, surrounded by mountain nature with many hiking trails nearby. We highlight the pool, the very good food ideal for puppies.
It needs to be reformed a little inside, especially the toilets, the garden a little left but everything is correct in what comes to be a mountain hostel.

We didn't try lunch and dinner, but lunch was ok. We weren't in the hotel much either, but it seemed to have good areas of enjoyment. The people very friendly.

The bedrooms lack a lot to be comfortable. The heating, water, television did not work well. We are missing a hairdryer, decent soap, a bedside table on both sides, blinds, etc. They let animals in with the annoying noise that it means for neighboring bedrooms. There was no elevator, so I think it is not a place for the elderly. Although this was not the case, we found it strong that you could not enter at any time you want, even having the key. Every day at 10, as if it were a mountain refuge regimen. For having paid more than 100 per person, it seemed very expensive, since lunch was not included

Perhaps extend breakfast hours to be able to take the rack train at 8.30 if you're going skiing, since breakfast starts at 8.15. However, they do offer you the possibility that you can take a sandwich with you. For that part, great.

On arrival we had a good impression when we saw the outside of the hotel, terrace, pool etc.. But upon entering the room a disaster, dust on furniture and radiators, rusty shower faucet. I took a shower with flip flops as the shower floor was a pity. Insufficient space to sit on the toilet. Conclusion... The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
